Pros:

水戸駅のすぐ近くでホテルの近くには飲食店、居酒屋、コンビニ、駅ビルにはドラッグストア、100均、無印良品など必要なものは揃っているところ

Cons:

水回りなどは新しくされていてなおかつ毎日の清掃が隅々まで行き届いているので全く気になりませんが創業からだいぶ経っているホテルなので部屋に備え付けられている椅子などには年季を感じますが部屋は広く寛げる環境はそれらを補って余りあると思います。
