The incidental fee is EXTREMELY HIGH and cut into my available funds to have a good time with.

The location was very convenient to the heart of New Orleans! The staff were very friendly and the valet workers were nice and reliable. I left a pair of shoes in the car and the valet worker went and got them out of the car for me. The hotel provided us with complimentary shortbread biscuits and water upon arrival! It was a great experience and super clean! They have a restaurant and bar down stairs as well.
At first we did not know we had to pay for parking. It was not blankly stated you had to search to see. We only stayed one night and parking was $56.

They didn’t have that many for valet so it took a little bit longer than normal, but not too bad

The door handle had to be turned hard to pull the lock back in so i forgot and the door did not close and stayed partially open when i first got here.

The only negative thing about the room was the lack of an over head light. It had several lamps but still felt a little dark.
Jazz is no longer featured at the bar ever since the pandemic--false advertising!

No view. My view was a brick wall and windows were painted blocking any natural light coming in.
