The location, staff, and room were great. The shower in particular had great pressure and the provided amenities were helpful.
The bed was a little hard and lumpy which did not help my back. The pillows also were not as comfortable as I would like. I would bring my own pillow next time.

The location is awesome. It's right on the edge of the French Quarter within walking distance to everything. The management is very accommodating. We stayed in the St Christopher Suite. It was absolutely beautiful. Clean, Floor to ceiling white marble bathrooms. Large claw foot soaking tub with silver feet. Large walk-in shower with unlimited hot water and amazing water pressure. Spa level lotions, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Plush white towels and washcloths. The bed has a large white leather headboard with a unique design, very comfortable down comforters. Absolutely no complaints. The ambiance and decor are a surprise that makes you smile the duration of your stay. The place is amazing. The service was excellent and Niah (hope I spelled this correctly) the supervisor (if she's not management, with the way she handles customers, she should be) was so helpful and professional. The manager (female, hair pulled back, glasses, I'm sorry I don't remember your name, I'm the gentleman whose wife had, let's just say an incident with the glass wall beside the entrance doors to the lobby. LOL) was also very helpful, polite, genuinely cared and made us feel welcome in a way other hotel managers and staff can seem, I guess, cold and uncaring or act as if they are better than you and you don't belong there. We will be staying at The Saint regularly as we go to New Orleans frequently and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed with. Thank you Management and staff for an unforgettable 3 days
The only thing I didn't like was having to leave
The Saint certainly met and exceeded expectations. I always choose a Marriott property if possible. The staff was AMAZING!

Staff and location were the highlights.
Room was small with poor lighting. Was definitely expecting more for $400+/night.
Overall stay was good but the highlight was Spencer at the Burgundy Bar was definitely the highlight! He’s warm, friendly and makes a great drink. Make sure you stop in and have a spicy margarita and enjoy!!
