Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed

Cons:

It was outdated it looked dingy. There was just stuff that needed upgrades in the room. The mattress was too small for the bedframe. It didn’t look like the pictures that are online. They definitely edited those pictures.

Nice hotel and great location for Mardi-Gras in New Orleans

One of the rooms allocated (2 x King rooms booked) was smaller and did not have a window. This was not reflected in the price or advised at any stage.

A quiet little hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed this quiet little hotel, especially during Mardi Gras! We had breakfast every morning without waiting in long lines at the hotel cafe where Ademir delivered our delicious, fresh breakfast, frequently, having our coffee and juice ready for us! We enjoyed seeing him every morning. In the evening, in the quiet bar, Spencer was always ready with our favorite cocktails after a long day of bead catching! We really enjoyed the personal service that the small Saint Hotel afforded, but we did wish we could see better in the bathroom. Brighter lightbulbs in the chandeliers would fix the problem.

Wonderful Staff
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff made my time there special and I appreciated their kindness. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and they quickly gave me replacements and the maid service was excellent. The room was spacious and remarkably quiet for Mew Orleans before Mardi Gras. I also appreciated the workout space and used it both mornings of my stay. Breakfast (not included in price of my stay, which was fine) was good and the server was very friendly.

The only recommendations that I would have are to find a way to prop open the bathroom door- it kept closing which wasn’t that big of a deal. HVAC unit was the best and most responsive of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The decor could be getting a bit tired but the service and comfort made up for it.

Location is good on Canal Street.

Great place to stay in centre-next to Ritz-but much better price.
Pros:

Great central location and room was good size and good price. Reception staff were excellent and helpful

Cons:

Restaurant was really just limited bar snacks. Do not buy breakfast package for 20dollars as all it was was orange juice bottle, an orange, a small Danish and a coffee in a bag!! Better to pay there as full breakfast was 16dollars!!

The hotel had vibes. just disappointed how the no hot water in our room was handled.

The location of the hotel was what we were looking for.

Cons:

We didn't have hot water in the shower but did in the sink. Told the receptionist, she sent maintenance up. He said something must be wrong it, he is new and really doesn't know so it wasn't fixed. We were not offered another room or compensation. They said the only thing they can do is offer us a free breakfast the day we were checking out and ready to leave. We were very disappointed since it was 50 degrees in New Orleans. All we wanted was a hot shower when we returned to the room.
