最高に気持ちよいホテル
Pros:

とても清潔で気持ちよいホテルでした。モノレールから直結で雨でもぬれずに到着。静かで対応も良く大満足でした。

很棒，下次去還會選擇這間
Pros:

住宿地點很棒，住宿的2天都剛好碰上下雨，電車站有空橋直通飯店大廳，完全不會淋到雨，樓下有便利商店和一間超市，晚上隨時有東西可買可吃，步行約5分鐘可到達國際通，吃，購物一站滿足，大廳有各種備品可供借用，也有mini bar在特定時間可以飲用，還有各種個人衛生用品也擺在大廳自由取用，寄物採自助式，對於不喜歡麻煩別人的I人友善，訂房時特別備註了因容易過敏，請飯店提前準備好空氣清淨機於入住時供使用，飯店準備的好好的，一進門已經插上電，也已經開啟運轉讓人覺得很貼心；房間內電器都是日本的大品牌，還沒入手的剛好可試適用，很棒！

床似乎是下面有輪子或是很輕的床架，如果全身靠上去，會輕易的移動，睡起來不安穩，加床的沙發床，關節處聲音很大，一個翻身，換姿勢都會發出滿大的聲音，浴室的防噴濺浴簾沒辦法整個拉起圍住浴缸，洗澡水如果不小心開太大，容易噴到外面的地上，但衛浴打掃的非常乾淨，沒有浴室的潮濕感，浴簾也完全沒有任何霉斑，有在用心維護

Pros:

朝食会場の受付のベテラン女性、若い女性ともに対応が良かった

Cons:

朝食時に沖縄の音楽が流れていたのだが、音響設備があまり良くないのか、明瞭に音が聞こえずリズムばかり聞こえ、騒音に近いと感じた。朝食時は沖縄音楽だけでなく、他の音楽も流してはどうでしょう

とても良かった
Pros:

朝食の受付スタッフの方がとても親切で丁寧に対応して下さり良かったです
料理も品数豊富で良かった

Cons:

連泊したのですが…朝食メニューがもう少し日替わりが有ると嬉しかった
朝食の時間が他の人と重なったのか⁈（日曜日の朝だからなのか？)入り口前で長い列が出来ていた

Pros:

ゆいレールを利用するためのロケーションとがよかった。
朝食メニューが多彩で、朝から郷土料理を楽しめた。

Cons:

チェックイン、チェックアウト、荷物預かりなどの業務が機械化され過ぎていて、せっかくの良質な従業員が活躍する余地がない。

中国人のおかげでポイントダウン．
Pros:

レンタカーを返す前に一時的にホテルに寄って荷物を預けたのですが，とても親切に対応して頂けました．ゆいレールの駅直結でとてもアクセスが良かった．食事のバリエーションが豊富でどれもおいしくおなかいっぱいになりました．

Cons:

唯一残年だったのが中国人が多かったこと．朝食でマナーの悪い中国人が隣にきたので，おいしい朝食が台無しでした．
