C est le serveur qui nous a donné la carte et qui n' est pas revenu vers nous pour savoir ce qu on voulait il fallait que c soit moi qui vienne vers lui et ça pas terrible c est très dommage ça pourrait donner une mauvaise image et réputation de l hôtel

Great central location in the Deux area, which makes it an easy base to get around.
Service, however, can feel a little chaotic at times, with coordination between staff not always as tight as it could be. There are clearly enough people on hand, so this feels more like an operating rhythm issue than a resourcing one.
The pool is a standout; large, well-defined, and a real asset to the property.
The restaurant would benefit from some attention. The menu feels overcomplicated, and there’s a gap in offering simple, accessible snacks for guests throughout the day. Pricing also seems slightly out of step with the overall positioning of the hotel.
Rooms are serviced every three days, which is reasonable, but basics like coffee and water should be replenished daily rather than relying on guests to request them.
Billing processes could also be tightened. While the bar kept good records, the lack of an itemised bill at checkout created some confusion; particularly around breakfast charges. This feels like an easy fix that would significantly improve the guest experience.
Overall, a very pleasant stay. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Worth noting it’s popular with families, depending on the type of stay you’re after.
