The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable.
They tried to double charge me for my room and when I showed them on black and white paper it still took them almost 6 hours to get it figured out, even with a manager. Upon checking out the manager tried to double charge me again for parking and became hateful when I showed her my receipt.i will never stay here again simply because of the way the manager treated her staff and me.
The beds were not as comfortable as I expected them to be. I always stay at holiday inn and express and the beds are super comfy but these were not!! Definitely need to work on that. But everything else was good!

Beds were very uncomfortable. Only got 4 tv channels.
Hot water was part time. No hot water during high use periods
Pillows and mattresses were overdue for replacement.
No channel guide for TV, front office says they change providers too often to keep up.
It was clean
The staff was very nice
