거짓없이 전부 적어냅니다.
Pros:

영웅광장 근처라 위치적으로 괜찮았고 발코니가 있어서 풍경이 이뻤어요. 하지만 발코니가 옆방과 공용이라 조금 놀라고 무서웠어요. 침대가 굉장히 편해서 꿀잠잤슴다. 조식은 진짜 챙겨드시길 추천드립니다. 호텔자체도 괜찮고 방도 편안하니 좋았습니다.

Cons:

직원중 한명이 불친절하고 굉장히 귀찮다는 듯이 응대를 해서 조금 기분이 상했었습니다. 그리고 체크인 이후에 방에 짐을 가져다놓고 밖에 나갔다 먹거리를 사서 들어오니 방이 덥더군요. 그래서 음료수를 냉장고에 넣고 에어컨을 켰는데 작동하지 않아 저녁반 직원에게 문의하니 사용법을 친절히 알려줘서 시도해봤지만 여전히 작동하지 않아서 다시 문의하니 직원이 직접와서 봐줬지만 에어컨이 고장났다고 말하더군요... (아, 그리고 냉장고도 작동하지 않아서 사온 음료수는 미지근하게 먹었습미다...) 그래서 혹시 다른 객실이 있는지 물어봤지만 모든객실이 만원이었고 에어컨도 작동하지 않는 방에서 창문을 열어놓고 자려고 했습니다. 그리고 얼마 후 저녁반 직원이 선풍기를 하나 가지고 와서 미안하다고 다음날 아침 프론트 직원에게 문의하면 호텔 매니저가 직접 도와줄거라고 얘기해주더군요. 그리고 다음날 아침 여자친구와 조식을 먹고 체크아웃하면서 프론트 직원에게 얘기를 했습니다. 그리고 그는 우리에게 호텔매니저의 이메일을 알려주고는 호텔매니저는 일요일에 쉬니 이메일로 문의를 남기라고 했습니다. 4성급 호텔이었고 적지않은 돈을 지불했지만 여자친구와의 밤은 최악 까지는 아니었지만 정말 다시는 겪고싶지 않은 경험이었던것은 확실합니다. 오전반 프론트 직원과 호텔매니저의 응대방법, 방식은 소비자로 하여금 한숨만 나오게 했으며 그들에게 우리가 응당 누려야할 서비스를 누리지 못한것에 대해 환불을 요청했지만 그들은 당연히 소비자가 희생해야 한다는 식으로 얘기를 하다가 우리가 얼마나 화가난 상태이고 왜 환불을 받아야 하는지 설명하니 그제서야 아주 일부분을 환불해주겠다고 하더군요. 거의 50,000포린트를 지불하고 고작 10,000포린트 환불받았습니다. 제가 진상처럼 보일지 모르겠지만 그들이 했던 태도는 서비스업에 종사하는 사람의 태도가 전혀 아니었으며 그들의 대응은 전혀 4성급 호텔이라고는 생각할수 없었습니다. 차라리 한국 모텔직원분들이 더 나을거라는 생각마저 했습니다.

아 그리고 스마트 티비 없어서 지상파방송만 보셔야 합니다.
스위트룸이나 각 층에 제일 큰방은 있는것 같긴합니다.

Freundliches Hotel nähe Heldenplatz und Stadtwäkdchen
Pros:

Ideale Lage für uns um ins Szecheny Heilbad zu kommen. Aber auch Metro Station nahe und Bus vor dem Haus. Bequeme Betten. Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet. alles sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes WLAN.

Cons:

Es gibt einen praktischen Hintereingang mit Lift. Diese Möglichkeit ist ab 22Uhr gesperrt. Dann muss man Stiegen steigen. Sonst ist alles Bestens

Hotel très bien situé, près de la Maison de la musique, près beau parc, endroit sécurisé
Il y a de très bons restaurants aux alentours

Cons:

La circulation devant l'hôtel, très bonne isolation dans les chambres, on entend moins

Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή περιοχή και δίπλα στο μετρό (ενάμιση λεπτό για να φτάσεις στον συρμό).

Cons:

Το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο. (Η ποικιλία των φρούτων ήταν πολύ περιορισμένη, όπως και μια ποικιλία σε γιαούρτι. Ο καφές από τη μηχανή κακής ποιότητας). Είναι κρίμα που δεν μπορούσα να κλείσω το δωμάτιο χωρίς πρωινό.
Οι πόρτες χτυπούν δυνατά όταν κλείνουν.
Δεν υπάρχει κοντά αγορά πρώτης ανάγκης (π.χ. mini market, φούρνοι, κλπ)

Mit besseren Fenstern könnte der Verkehrslärm weniger lästig sein.

Ottima posizione, non centrale ma comoda perchè il centro era facilmente raggiungibile con la metro a 200 mt. Molto buona e ben fornita la colazione. Cordiale lo staff
