Cons:

They cancelled my reservation because I had my dogs with me even though the website said pets allowed. Then was rude on the phone not once but twice about having me contact someone else about a refund.

The king size bed was very comfortable!

The place is run down, moldy and mildew walls , just smelled rank with mold and mildew, ceiling had cracks and a really bad patch job where there had been a leak.

Great staff but terrible facility with zero safety measures.
Pros:

We arrived around midnight and the employee was extremely kind and willing to work with me even though my reservation through booking.com had not come through to her.

Cons:

The property is extremely dated and we felt very unsafe at this location. The door didn’t want to lock properly. If it wasn’t for being dead on our feet after a full day at Disney and travel from Orlando, I would have lost out on any money from the reservation and kept going to a safer location.

Overall, for the price, everything was good!
Pros:

Location, outside appearance, office staff very nice. Accommodations for our need was excellent (dulcimer playing in dining area). Enjoyed reading brochures in the entrance. Newspaper would have been nice.

Cons:

Refrig needed defrosting, NO room to use icebox.

Windows dirty, could not see out.

I accidentally spilled water in the floor and when I got it up, the floor was filthy! Needed mopping.

Could have used a room freshener!

Some of baseboards coming up and wall plaster needed replacing!

Needed more towels, etc in the room.
