Holiday Spa Hotel

The main issue for all 3 of us in 3 separate rooms is that we repeatedly lost electricity throughout the night waking up to a sweltering room. They did resolve immediately after we called the desk but I had to wonder how. It seemed that they had to be overriding a short circuit issue though in fairness I can’t say that was the problem. So I would not stay here again.

The bathroom is very old and really need Reno can’t even turn on the shower

Customer services were bad. Building was old. Linens were old grayish color and smelly.

Overall, had a nice time everything was beautiful

The holiday spa hotel is a good budget hotel. The hotel itself could use some minor upgrades. Our room was big and clean the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. Having a gym and pool was great.its a short walk to IT park. If your on a budget and don't need a fancy hotel this place did us just fine.

This is a great place to stay it’s not the top end luxury but for 25 to 30 usd a night it gives a lot, close to IT park just a few minutes walk and a pool and good place to work out rooms are clean and good but like I said not luxury just good, stay here and I don’t think you will be disappointed

This is the best peoperty in Cebu. Hands down. I think it needs more types of food to be available but the interior decoration is impeccable. The people are really amazing. I cant wait to book my next trip. It is so amazing and is on the same level as a Hilton, Marriott or Home2 hotel in the United States.

Its the best in the area. Hidden in plain sight.

The property is close to everything, including one of Cebu's newest gas stations.

Probably the worst room I have stayed in, hope I get to post pictures.

The free parking is in a muddy area off the street, surrounded by beer bottles. There is a guard there all night.

The lobby was dated, worn but clean.

At check in they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed her it was on Expedia. She asked me to have a seat while she looked. While sitting there another person came up, she checked them in and then went back looking for mine. She came over and asked who I booked through even though I had showed her.

Finally I get to my room. Every wall had significant stains and somehow even the ceiling. The shower and bathroom had black mold and the fixtures hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Then the real horror. I always check the AC filters. The air was weak and not teal cold. The filter was the wrong size and had caked dust. But worst the AC grill behind the filter was covered in black and even blue mold. After cleaning the filter the air flow improved some but just helped spread the mold.


The only good was the sheets and towels where clean.

It does have a restaurant, pool and attached fee gym, none I used. Near Cebu IT park so food and mall near by.

I told the front desk and showed pictures of the poor state of the room. I got the half smile, with sorry for your experience and will tell management. She said they were renovating one room at a time.

Obviously management doesn’t care or they would stick a bio hazard sticker on the door snd not rent it.

The air conditioning is not cold.

The a/c was very loud. Hot water didn't last long. The bed sheets was rough. They charge for using the gym. Wasn't easy access to IT Park.

For this price point, ok value for the money. Mo frills just stay and go

I don't like the food , the location is way far from my destination road is narrow the people are not really hospitable in short I didn't stay there I cancelled it.
