Very good. Would stay again if in Southport
Pros:

Hotel was easy to find and was well located on the main high street. It was well presented with a nice terrasse area out front. We were lucky to get parking directly behind the hotel at a good rate. Bar and restaurant areas were clean and tidy. good selection of draught beers at the bar which was lively on the Saturday night. Breakfast was very good with a good selection and represented good value for money. Room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed and pillows. Decent shower gel/shampoo and conditioner were provided. Towels were fresh and fluffy. Overall we had an excellent stay and felt welcomed and looked after by the staff who were absolutely great from start to finish.

Very pleasant stay in the centre of southport in a very nice hotel and pleasant staff
Pros:

The carvery and the breakfast were excellent and the dining room was nice. Staff were very pleasant and beds comfy

Cons:

The room was satisfactory but would be nice to have fresh milk in the fridge and maybe a couple of bottles of water. Too many stairs! Would prefer a walk in shower. Quite noisy at night

Für uns nicht relevant, aber der Treppenaufstieg zur Reception und den Zimmern könnte für gewisse Menschen mühsam sein.
