Great spacious and clean room. Receptionist was brilliant on arrival.
Pros:

We all had a full English Breakfast which was great!
I was catered for with gluten free although no gluten free bread but otherwise great! 👍

Brilliant apart from breakfast
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, lovely room clean and comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast, coffee out of a machine is not ideal, didn’t fill the cup and not hot enough they used to pour your coffee, portions smaller sausage not brilliant only one waiter on duty, would stay again but not do breakfast

Breakfast very good, assistance from the staff excellent.
Short of a lift, as can be difficult carry luggage upztairs, staff help on ocassions.

Will return, very pleased with our stay.
Pros:

Felt very comfortable there. Decor lovely & room just the right temperature, so slept well. Carvery & breakfast lovely. Staff helpful & pleasant. Location great.

Lovely place to stay and we will return
Pros:

The location, the decor and the fantastic staff. It was our friend’s birthday and they upgraded them and cake was put in their room.

Cons:

Breakfast ingredients were very good but came out lukewarm. Staff offered us something else but we didn’t have time to wait for another breakfast.

Everything was amazing and there was a nice bar and lovely building I would recommend again... Also I loved the mini fridge inside too because most hotels don't have them atall... Everything was excellent and spot on Xx

Dirty, very tired, noisy. A tiny room. Window opened onto a very dirty and damaged roof of the bay window below.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Reception staff amazing. Room was a good size. Nice atmosphere in bar. Very clean.

Cons:

Slightly worn interior..scuffs on doors walls and blind.
No air con
Fridge not working but staff member gave free drinks voucher to compensate. Remote intermittent.
Breakfast was nice but some items only lukewarm.
