Was OK- bit overpriced
Pros:

Breakfast was fine - nothing special.

Cons:

Hairdryer nowhere near the mirror
No hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom
Room 1 is located right by whatever mechanism noisily kicks in first thing in the morning

We had a brilliant stay, excellent service, great food, lovely surroundings
Pros:

Hotel clean well presented and easy to get around. The staff without exception were amazing - bright, cheerful and very helpful

Cons:

No lift and no air conditioning which I understand is because it’s a listed building

Hair in shower ..room had extractor fan outside was on till 9pm then back on 7am .couldn't close window ..you couldn't hear television .spoke to staff all I got from them was you booked last room ..really spoiled my stay .Will never stay again ..room 1 was horrendous

Nice but still a bit disappointing

Cons:

Room was very warm, with no air-con, merely a fan. Were disturbed by what I think was the kitchen extractor fan at 0600 Sat as window would not close fully and the extractor fan was right outside the room window!

Pros:

The room was lovely and clean, the cleanliness of the hotel overall was very good, and the breakfast was really nice. The Management strive to make your time there relaxing and enjoyable, excellent customer service is a priority which is delivered by the Manager and the members of staff who are helpful, courteous and approachable.

Cons:

Too many stairs especially if you are on the second floor, I have trouble with my knees so at times I struggled with the stairs.

THE STAIRS WE WERE ON THE TOP FLOOR BUT THE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD AND TOOK OUR LUGGAGE UP TO THE ROOM AND COLLECTED IT WHEN WE LEFT.
