Excelente lugar con excelente ubicacion
Pros:

El lugar tiene una ubicación privilegiada y el entorno es muy hermoso, justo lo que uno busca en viajes de relajo.

Cons:

El ascensor estuvo malo por 2 dias(yo estuve 3), el wifi no funcionaba en las habitaciones y en el area de co-working se cortaba constantemente, el dia domingo habia un olor a desague en el 2do piso y las puertas del baño publico permanecian abiertas.

A very nice place with a great location
Pros:

great place with a great location, staff very kind and all the nature surrounding the hotel is very beautiful. Is my second time and I'm gonna return very soon

Cons:

Elevator was broken for two days, Wifi doesn't work in the room and in the cowork place was very unstable.

Buenas vistas, comodidad, espacios amplios y muy buena atención
Pros:

Desayuno bueno, faltaba un poco más de fruta pero en general estaba rico y todo fresco y servido en un comedor espacioso y bien atendido, tienen buena repostería y productos locales como mermeladas y miel.

Maravillosa visita a Valdivia
Pros:

El lugar es maravilloso, muy acogedor, la decoración de todo el hotel, la amabilidad del personal tanto en recepción, las chicas que realizaban el aseo y el personal del restaurant, todo excelente. Sin duda volveremos!

Maravilosa experiencia en Valdivia

Lo que más me gustó del hotel fue la vista, era un lugar mágico a orillas del río, se podía observar tanto la naturaleza como la fauna que la rodea, realmente un lugar muy hermoso y grato para descansar y relajarse.

Cons:

Quizás el estacionamiento podría tener mejoras a nivel de seguridad, ya que el lugar era abierto y sin personal fijo en el lugar, pero de todas maneras es una ciudad tranquila, con menos riesgos que en otros lados.
