Falta aire acondicionado en las habitaciones mucho calor en Verano y mucha humedad. Creo que ha que hacer un upgrade de las ya buenas instalaciones ya sea para el verano como para el invierno. Las estrellas de los hoteles deben ser acorde a las instalaciones

Las instalaciones son bonitas y tiene buena ubicación pero no nos volveríamos a quedar

El hotel era bonito y con salida al lago espectacular, la vista de la habitación al lago también está súper bonita

Cons:

La habitación no estaba del todo limpia con algo de moho en parte del piso de alfombra, calurosa porque no tiene aire acondicionado y hay un ventilador que no refrescaba ni sumaba mucho, y a pesar de que hay TV, es bastante limitado lo que se puede ver ya que es algo antiguo. Además, el día de salida del hotel, en media mañana que estuvimos a pesar que llovió (aunque no tan fuerte) la luz se fue al menos 10 veces

Excelente hotel en contacto con la naturaleza
Pros:

Excelente hotel en una ubicación espectacular. Hicimos un recorrido de avistamiento de aves sensacional. El bar exterior es excelente durante las noches. La amabilidad de todo el personal (recepción y comedor) un 10 absoluto.

Cons:

Creo que la calidad del desayuno no es un 10. Podría mejorar aquí con cosas simples.

me gusto que nos ofrecieron la tinaja y el uso de la piscina, sin embargo encontramos que el lugar esta descuidado, falta mas preocupación tanto en la instalaciones externas como internas.

Cons:

no nos gusto para nada que para ser el ultimo día del año no se preocuparan de atender a los huéspedes y por ejemplo la atención y bar cerrara sin consideraran personal para la gente que estaba en el hotel para festejar.

Muy rico día de descanso con vista espectacular

Muy linda la vista del hotel, impresionante desde la pieza y desde el espacio común.
Muy linda la decoración, se nota que pensaron en todos los detalles.
