Unfortunately we were not happy with the accomodation. The photos are nothing like what was on bookings.com. The unit we booked apparently did not exist. The A/C was not adequate, the hallway carpets were filthy and we had mould in the bathroom. I did email management and they were very apologetic, I did receive a small reimbursement. The accommodation is in a great place but it is very old and dated, parking is very tricky.

Staff was very friendly and informative! Location was very central.
Very sweet hotel. Luana, who did the check-in for us, was amazing, really. All by herself, she handled so many arrivals, almost all at the same time, and was very fast and efficient, but also so hospitable and friendly. Well done. Further, we came by bicycle; there was a dedicated and safe space where we could store the bikes overnight. The room was big. We had an issue with a battery that was not working, but everything was resolved in a maximum of 5 minutes. Also, this is an old building, a proper heritage hotel, immersed in history, so of course not everything is allowed to be modern and refurbished, but this is what gives a proper charm to this hotel. Further, the location is amazing, just next to the museum and one of the best cafeterias in Europe, which is located in the museum. Excellent.
Breakfast was decent, but maybe add a few more varieties and some vegan alternatives, just in case.
The location was not far from the train station and the staff was really super and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel - over 500 years old retained the historical old world charm while providing the amenities of a modern five star hotel. The breakfast was a veritable feast with everything one might want for breakfast and extremely good. This was the hotel highlight of our trip.
The air conditioning application was not great due to the challenges of a historical building and city codes.

A reggelinél kint poros asztalok. Kellett
keresnünk alkalmazottat, hogy kérjünk tányért, poharat. A reggeli elégtelen volt. Ha valami elfogyott nem töltötték újra. Van mit tanulniuk még.
Super Lage
Klimaanlage im Zimmer war nicht effektiv, am zweiten Tag war der Frühstücksservice sehr schlecht, es wurde nicht eingedeckt und der Kellner nahm vom Buffet die letzten Teile für sich und füllte auch nicht mehr nach. Auch bei der angebotenen Telefonnummer meldete sich niemand, sowohl bei der Anreise, als auch abends, als wir nicht mehr ins Hotel kamen... Mein Mann kletterte ins Zimmer über das Fenster, da wir im Erdgeschoss untergebracht waren.
Die Lage, die ist der einzige Vorteil. In der Altstadt. Und man wohnt in alten Gemäuern. Wem das wichtig ist.
Erstes Zimmer war muffig, wie ein fechter Keller. Das andere, nach unserer Reklamation, sehr warm und mit Fenster zur lauten Strasse. Nach ein paar Bier konnten wir schlafen, Das Frühstück abgetrocknet, Auswahl mäßig. Das Personal - wir sahen immer nur eine Person - bemüht aber sichtlich überfordert.

Avevamo chiesto 3 posti .Ci hanno dato una suite X1X,anche con la cucina ! Il bagno aveva una vasca antidiluviana con un bordo più di mezzo metro , che ho dovuto fare ginnastica per scavalcarlo,rischiando di farmi male.una stanza era piena di impicci .
