Pros:

A estadia correu bem, mas a cama podia ser de casal e mais cómoda. Os móveis e o interior merecem uma renovação, pois o exterior é muito bonito e agradável.

Trap hotel
Pros:

It's not for adults, it's for teenagers. From the moment you arrive at this dark, falling apart place, you are shocked by the girls and boys lying on the reception couches, dripping with sweat, followed by completely abandoned reception, until two arrogant receptionists appear, inform you that we just open after 4:00 PM for check in for all the guests, and we have the policy on the drawer if you don't believe.
Then you wait on queue for over an hour to get your key to end with a room looking like a prison room from the horror's movies, that has absolutely nothing to do with the booking website pictures, then you go again and bagging to change the room to another one waiting until 5:30PM, ending with a boiler in sauna, and after several complaints up and down you realize that, the hotel has a major problems with the air conditioning and all the guests are complaining about it, I slept with the window wide open hoping to get some freshness air, but unfortunately I just got mosquito bites, loud music from bars, and teenagers screaming in the next rooms at 4:00 AM celebrating someone's birthday, and finally seagulls screeching wildly on my roof at 6:00 AM celebrating the rise of a new day.
I couldn't stay any longer, so I got dressed and left running from the place, requesting to speak to the manager to get a refund for a stay that didn't happen. However, even this service was not available as there was no manager again for the second day, and I couldn't get his phone number either!
As for the delicious breakfast, I will leave it to you to discover so as not to spoil the happy ending.

little gem
Pros:

we booked a short 4 day break to this lovely quiet and peaceful gem. Okay bit are dated, its all self catering but there heaps of bars and places to eat 5 mins away inc a stocked mini supermarket. The fresh bread was lush, we also were near falesia beach which was beautiful. Not a plce to bring kids but a great place to just spend quality time with partners.

MTE "value for money"!
Pros:

Stort rom, stor balkong, sentral beliggenhet i forhold til både den fntastiske Falésia-stranden og tilbud av ulike restauranter. Finnes sikkert mer luksuriøse hoteller i samme område, men her var MYE igjen for pengene. Hyggelig og ubyråkratisk dame i inn-- og utsjekking og vennlig personale også ellers. Jeg skal tilbake på treningsleir der også om et år, og kommer da garantert til å velge samme hotell❣️

Stolen property
Pros:

My late mothers rings were stolen from my room by the cleaner. It took 24 hours for them to contact police reception and management had no compassion communication skills or duty of care to help Me. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anybody the cleaner is still on site very untrustworthy and disrespectful

Lovely little place
Pros:

We so enjoyed our stay here for 7 nights. This is our fourth time here. We had a lovely room, very clean. We had towels changed three times during our stay and cleaned daily. Really friendly reception staff. The pool was pretty much to ourselves mostly, perhaps the time of year. Very peaceful area. Walk to the beach quick and easy as usual. Stunning views from the beach. We shall be back. Thank you.

AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, VERY UNHYGENIC, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE! ITS A NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE
Pros:

This "Complex" is an absolute PIG STY!

Rooms are extremely dirty, housekeeping is non existant.

They only change bedding after 7 days! They only change towels after 7 days!

The staff are rude and ignorant, you are shouted at when you ask for something - when i asked for a fan as it was 30+ degrees and the rooms DO NOT have air con, Ala (female receptionist) practically screamed in my face - she was having a coffee on shift with her friend and clearly didn't want to be disturbed!

When asked for clean towels as the housekeeping staff had taken ours and left us with none, I was told that i had to pay 5 euros! I asked for mine back and I was told they had been left in my room, after proving they wasnt, I was repeatedly told that housekeeping change them once a week, had to pay for them eventually!

The shower area is just unreal, cracked tiles, an 80s shower attachment which either burns you or gives you an ice bath!

The bed is some sort of medieval contraption that has numerous broken parts.

Half the plugs don't work, so you're left with having to choose between electrocution or no charging.

I CANNOT STRESS HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS, IM SUPRISED IVE EVEN MADE IT THIS FAR, NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED!

STAFF ARE RUDE AND IGNORANT, CLEANING STAFF ARE AS MUCH USE AS A CHOCOLATE FIRE GUARD!

A good stay for the price …….
Pros:

For the price, it was ok.
A few faults , but nothing to write on reviews to put people off going here.
Going again , same time this year.
Hospitality was very good , and anything that was of concern was dealt with very quickly .
Both , me and my wife found this stay peaceful and pleasant

Just don’t go there
Pros:

So where to begin? We arrived at 10 at night to find the site completely dark. Reception gave us a key and we spent the next 10 minutes looking for our room using a torch from our phone. The room was 206 which of course was over 114, makes complete sense (not)
The room is a step up from a hostel. It’s very basic and badly designed. Some plugs were not working and others were not in a convenient place for a kettle etc. the kitchen is very badly designed. The sink is below the boiler cupboard so you hit your head when you want to wash up. The area by the sink also has a doorstop just where you need to stand to use the sink. There was no washing up liquid provided or hand wash in the bathroom.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We had to ask for a toaster and hairdryer.
There is a small balcony which you access through a door with no handles on it. The table and chairs have seen much better days.
The bathroom is a mess. The shower faces the shower curtain, leaving no room to shower. The shower head falls off every time. We did report this but it was not fixed.
2 of the sockets did not work and one was wobbly. Not safe.
There is nowhere to sit comfortably in the room. The TV is small and the stand it is on gets in the way of moving around the apartment. Why not put it on the wall?
The towels were threadbare. We were given a tea towel which was just an old piece of a towel.
The heater does not keep the place warm.
The grounds look well cared for. The pool was freezing but looked clean. However, there were no toilets near the pool, not great.
The location is 8km from town. Buses run around 4 times a day, but coming back they sometimes don’t turn up. Taxi is 12 euros.
There’s a good supermarket nearby and good restaurants.
The beach is difficult to access, lots of steps. There is a cafe near the beach.

The reception at the hotel was ok, but not that helpful.

Everything was tired and that includes the staff.

Relaxing and enjoyable
Pros:

We haven't been here since 2018 and were so pleased it was still as quiet and peaceful as it was back then. The staff are friendly and the cleaners were great, even got us a second pillow, without having to ask, when they saw we were using blankets for a pillow. Would highly recommend if you want a peaceful holiday.

Gratitude
Pros:

Our 3rd visit to Nelio and his team. Nothing is too much trouble for them! Room cleaned very often, maintenance issues dealt with promptly, and reception staff all so very helpful..The staff made you feel relaxed and welcomed at all times. Of course, this was aided by Neptuno bar/cafe opposite, where I happened to see Nelio having his brekky!..Next time Nelio, I will buy you a coffee!
THANKS AGAIN ALL...

Delightful Apartments in quiet area
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable apartments. Kitchen is basically equipped with kettle, two electric rings and undercounter fridge with small freezer and the added bonus of a microwave. The apartments are cleaned 5 days per week and towels and bed linen changed once per week. There's also a TV in the rooms and adequate drawers and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom has plenty of hot water and a full size bath with shower above so may be difficult to get into for those with mobility issues. Beds were quite comfortable with one pillow but I'm sure that reception could provide another pillow if required. We were in a ground floor apartment and there was a patio area with a table and two chairs. The outside areas are very clean and tidy and there's a supermarket and a good choice of restaurants, snack bars, tobacconist and touristy shops within a few minutes walk. The beach is approximately 10-15 minute walk away and the only minus is that you have to reach it by lots of steps but there are plenty of benches to rest on should you need too. The only noise we heard all week was on a Saturday evening when one of the larger hotels played music until the early hours - however it was quite a windy evening so the sound may have been carried more than usual. We would definitely have no hesitation in booking here again and already planning our next trip.

Poor
Pros:

Externally pleasing, unfortunately rooms left a lot to be desired; dated & dirty: the plumbing very basic with no “traps” on basin/bath/ kitchen sink allowing sewer smells back into the rooms, also bath very slow to empty, so using the shower wasn’t he best. Housekeeping basic & minimal. Kitchenette not really usable, Hot plate had no regulo markings, no working surface, kettle & microwave were in the main part of the small bedroom, the beds were uncomfortable, blankets looked like they’d come from the Army surplus store, only one pillow each supplied.
Plus point was the balcony of the room (200) was a real sun trap, close to the beach & local facilities.

Much better than expected!
Pros:

Much better than expected! Stayed with a friend as our Wowcher Mystery Holiday mid-May, in a ground floor studio apartment. I had looked it up and was not sure what it would be like as there was a couple of negative reviews on here and some not very flattering photos, so it’s not somewhere I would have chosen if I’d seen it online but we actually really liked it once we got there!

Cons:
- No A/C… BUT, the ground floor room with tiled floor meant that the room was not unbearably hot, despite it being 30 degrees outside while we were there.
- A couple of minor housekeeping issues, but these were very quickly resolved by the staff who were really helpful: tv remote did not work (was immediately replaced within minutes), shower head was faulty - immediately replaced it with new one.
- Shower had a couple of issues that weren’t fixable immediately so I did not bother reporting them to the staff: the holder on the wall that you sit the shower head in was not suitable for the new shower head. One evening there was absolutely rubbish water pressure, literally was a dribble… maybe lots of people were using water at the same time? This only happened to us once, the rest of the time the shower was lovely.
- No toiletries like shower gel etc… Was kind of hoping there would be as we had to pack very light! Even if they did just enough to last you the first day until you found a supermarket it would be really helpful.
- Tiny Towels, even tinier pillows, and only one pillow each!
- The furniture and the kitchen/bathroom are very dated, but it just looks like rustic European style to me and it is all perfectly functional.
- Bar is cash only (Lots of places are cash only around the area so make sure you get cash out - apparently the bank charges for card machines are very high here, so lots of places just don’t have them!)

Pro’s:
- Blissfully quiet hotel but still has things you need nearby like mini supermarket, ATM cafe/restaurants etc within walking distance.
- Generous sized rooms
- Little patio with table and chairs
- Double doors out to the patio
- Well equipped studio, with TV, fridge, hob, kettle, microwave, utensils etc.
- Lovely pool (which is not heated by the way) with sun loungers and outdoor shower
- Very helpful staff
- On-site parking
- Beachside restaurants with lovely views about 5-10 mins drive away. (We particularly liked ‘O Golfinho’ for its lovely food and cocktails with friendly staff and a stunning view.)
- Lots of Uber drivers in the area, e.g. 5 min wait for pickup, only €4 to go to the beachside restaurant. Way more convenient than booking a taxi!
- If you want to explore there are lots of nice places along the coast within half an hour’s drive.
- Very nice local beach

Overall we would definitely recommend this place, we liked it a lot.
