Soggiorno piacevolissimo
Pros:

L’hotel si trova in un vecchio edificio parzialmente ristrutturato molto bello.
Le camere sono confortevoli con doppi vetri quindi anche quelle sul lato strada sono silenziose.
Lo staff è gentilissimo. Tutto l’hotel è pulitissimo.Gli spazi comuni sono gradevoli.
San Telmo è un bel quartiere a 10 minuti da Plaza Mayor.

Il buffet della colazione è molto povero e le brioche non sono di giornata

Clean and great value for money.
Pros:

It was very clean, the staff were lovely. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool on our stay. There is plenty of outdoor space for sitting in the evening before going out for dinner. We went to El Refuerzo just round the corner for dinner, you can book and it is great value for money. We would stay again.

Cons:

The area is a little on the dodgy side but once you have walked 5 minutes away from the hotel it felt very safe.

Cons:

Starfsmaðurinn í lobby, sem tók á móti okkur 23. mars var mjög ófaglegur. Þegar við báðum hann að geyma fyrir okkur ferðatöskur þar til við gætum tékkað inn, gekk hann ekki frá þeim með því að merkja þær og færa þær í geymslu. Þá ruglaði hann herbergjum þegar við tékkuðum inn. Almennt virtist hann ekki starfi sínu vaxinn. Hinir starfsmenn í lobbýinu voru hins vegar góðir.
Herbergið sem við fengum passaði engan veginn við myndirnar af því. Öll húsgögn orðin mjög þreytt.
Morgunverðurinn var fremur fátæklegur.

Sympathisches Hotel mit schönem Ambiente in einem lebendigen, abwechslungsreichen Bohemien Viertel

Zunächst hatten wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer, sind dann aber umgezogen in eine grösseres, das perfekt war -

Enjoyable and excellent location for San Telmo
Pros:

Location is great for proximity to San Telmo and markets, just a few blocks away, we spent alot of time walking around. Staff were great and very helpful. The hotel has an informal cosy feel about it.

Cons:

There was a light outside the room which made it light at night, we had to pinch the curtain closed with a clip to make it darker. Breakfast was good but cereal options could be better with granola and more fruit.

Très bon accueil et très bon petit déjeuner.
Juste les filles du petit déjeuner très peu à l'écoute de nos besoins.
Les réceptionnistes sont adorables et répondent très bien à vos questions;
L'hôtel estbtrès bien placé dans un quartier super proche de tout.

Pros:

El agua de cortesía que te ponían en la habitación al llegar.
Las personas de la recepción eran amables.

Cons:

Durante toda mi estadia el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba, me tocó dos días de 30 grados en Buenos Aires. La comida del desayuno tenía mosquitos, al coger una rebanada de pan de molde, salían revoloteando los bichitos de la fruta que estaba excesivamente madura. Hablé con la camarera, ella misma me dijo que estaba indignada pero que ya lo había comentado con su jefatura y que la respuesta fue, no puedo hacer nada porque los velintadores están en las habitaciones de los huespedes a los que no les funciona el aire acondicionado. Hotel de 4 estrellas le queda grande la categoría.
