Good location not great room
Pros:

Location is great if you want a cool bohemian area. The hotel has nice art and the rooms were confortable.

Cons:

The glass door and windows opened to the interior patio that gave very little privacy. The room was cold, I was there in winter, the bathroom was ok but the sink was outside the bathroom door.

La atención del personal arruinó mi estancia

La ubicación es buena y la habitación 210 era amplia, cómoda, con balcón y un baño grande. Hasta el último día de mi estadía, todo parecía estar bien.

Mi experiencia quedó completamente arruinada por la actitud del personal de recepción y por la falta total de interés de la gerencia en resolver el problema.

Quiero dejar claro que no cuestiono las normas del hotel. Si existe una política respecto a las visitas, la respeto completamente. El problema es que nadie me informó de esa política al hacer el check-in ni durante los dos primeros días, cuando un amigo me visitó brevemente durante el día. Nunca pasó la noche ni tenía intención de hacerlo.

Al tercer día, el recepcionista Alejandro me habló de una forma muy poco profesional y descortés por una norma que nunca me habían explicado. Más tarde, otro recepcionista incluso reconoció que la situación podría haberse resuelto fácilmente, pero esa información nunca me fue dada desde el principio.

Lo más decepcionante fue el trato recibido. Me hicieron sentir como si hubiera hecho algo incorrecto cuando simplemente desconocía una regla que el propio hotel nunca comunicó.

Después de mi estadía envié un mensaje detallado a la administración explicando lo ocurrido. Nunca recibí ninguna respuesta. Ese silencio demuestra una absoluta falta de interés por escuchar a sus huéspedes y mejorar el servicio.

Es una lástima, porque el hotel tiene potencial. Sin embargo, una buena habitación no compensa un servicio al cliente deficiente, una comunicación inconsistente y la falta de respeto y empatía cuando surge un problema. No volvería a alojarme aquí y no lo recomendaría a quienes valoran una atención profesional.

Én ansatt på kveldsskiftet var vennlig og serviceinnstilt.

Cons:

Hvor skal jeg begynne? Rommet hadde ingen fungerende oppvarming og vinduet var knust på soverommet. På badet var det heller ingen varmekilde og vinduet var delvis ødelagt og ikke mulig å lukke helt igjen. Når vi kom var det ikke varmtvann skrudd på, men dette kom på etter ca 24 timer. Vi ba mange ganger om at de skulle reparere varmeanlegget eller gi oss dyner. Det var kun tynne pledd tilgjengelig og temperaturen var rundt 10-12 grader celsius inne på rommet. Personalet svarte ja til dette hver gang, men ingenting ble gjort.
