Cute Classic Place to Stay in San Telmo
Pros:

Cute building and convenient, comfortable rooms. Located on a relatively quiet street that is still close to a lot of stuff in San Telmo (mercado de San Telmo, plaza dorrego, bars, parks, etc). Breakfast was a decent value as well.

Cons:

Not uncommon in Argentina, but the rooms all faced inward to the courtyard, so I had to choose either privacy or natural light (by drawing the curtains to get privacy). Room was also quite small, but bigger than the other place I stayed at in Buenos Aires.

Mala ubicación y pésimas camas

Cons:

No nos gustó NADA , camas individuales pésimas...nos dolió la espalda de dormir 1 noche ahí , colchones , almohadas y cama de muy mala calidad .
El baño atorado a la primera usada .
Nos dieron una habitación qué había un hombre adentro ...no se dieron cuenta .
Sonaba el piso , las habitaciones del costado , habíamos reservado 2 noches y solo dormimos 1 porque era imposible quedarse ahí .
Ubicación pésima , calles sucias, y gente de mal vivir olía a marihuana.

Accessibilité. Bonne localisation dans un quartier populaire. Excellent qualité prix. Grande serviabilité.

El silencio del lugar, muy recomendable para descansar. Las habitaciones muy amplias y la cama muy cómoda, fundamental. No cuenta con cochera propia pero a la vuelta hay un estacionamiento 24 hs así que no fue un problema.

Cons:

Tuve un inconveniente con la presión de la ducha, lo cual informé en recepción apenas vi el problema, pero no tuvo solución durante mis dos noches en el lugar. Lo que hizo un poco difícil bañarme.

hotel muy agradable pero al debe
Pros:

La ubicación y cercanía con negocios y restaurantes. El silencio para el descanso se agradece.

Cons:

Para un hotel Boutique, los vasos no pueden ser acrílicos. De la misma forma, basureros deben ser vaciados todos los días.
además, más que una critica, teniendo dos patios tan grandes como terrazas abiertas, con agradables mesas, no afectaría en nada la estancia de otros pasajeros el tener una pequeña zona para fumadores.
