Good value, slightly dated.
Pros:

Safe neighborhood for walking around. Close to several restaurants and major avenue. Very comfortable beds and thick towels, plenty of hot water. Good breakfast offerings. Nice shower products. Blackout curtains were useful for light and street noise.

Cons:

The air conditioning struggled to really cool the room. There was only one electrical outlet by the bed so not good if there are two CPAP machines. There were other outlets in the room. There was no safe box. There was no box of tissues.

Excellent location but underwhelming rooms
Pros:

The location on a quiet side street in San Telmo is excellent. We felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood and enjoyed all the local sights. The staff were also wonderful.

Cons:

The room was quite average, nothing like the ones in the photos. The bathroom was particularly cramped and wall fittings were lying broken on the floor behind the toilet. The worst thing was unfortunately the breakfast. Go to any of the nearby cafes to experience proper Buenos Aires hospitality.
