stayed here for 3 days business trip in bandung, all of the aspects are great, the room, the foods, the staffs are perfect. located near from braga. the Staff Delinda who helped me check out is adorable and very helpful

The location is strategic, and it's convenient to go around culinary spots in the city.
After entering the hotel, Sundanese and modern styles are nicely blended. The architecture reflects this combination without giving any mystical sensation. The staffs are friendly and it's easy to get early check in. Also, it provides concierge service which your food and beverage purchase from outside the hotel will be happily taken and given back to you without any complicated procedure.
The room I booked is modern and minimalist type with average size. Yet, surprisingly the positioning of the furniture is properly placed, so it still gives more than enough space to move around. Furthermore, the room is clean and cozy. The bathroom has the standard equipment like other 4 stars hotel, but without portable shower. However, it doesn't decrease the overall comfort.
As for the breakfast, it may have less number of choices, but the taste for most appetizers, main course, and dessert are top notch. I can say for sure you shouldn't skip the breakfast here.
Overall, the services and facilities of the hotel are worth the price. I would come back here again if there is an opportunity.

Feels like a 5-star experience in a 4-star hotel

Nice hotel, lobby quite big. Our lembong room quite spacious and has big tv also although not smart tv yet. Breakfast very good, lot of choices. Staff very friendly and polite from the security, reception staff, room service staff and restaurant staff (thanks mbak Cyndi). Swimming pool also quite big, kids enjoy it so much.
Overall is very good stay, surely will stay here again next time. Thank you eL Hotel and all the staff.

Sucks hotel, no staff arrange the table during breakfast. The pns guest so crowded and hectic but low anticipation from hotel staff. Meanwhile request to breakfast outside restaurant can not but no solution at all from hotel staff
Very very baddd experience at this hotel

I stayed in a Lembong room. Initially, I was given a room on the 2nd floor with no view, which was disappointing. After filing a complaint, the hotel responded well and moved me to a room on the 5th floor with a better view, although it wasn’t as quiet as the first one.

One downside of the Lembong room was the breakfast arrangement. Instead of dining at the main restaurant, I had breakfast at El Paseban, which did not meet my expectations considering the price.

Also, note that the hotel is located near the railway, so some rooms may experience noise. I recommend choosing a room with a pool view for a more pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at El Hotel. The room was nice, clean, and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which changes daily and truly gives a five-star experience. Unlike most hotels we've stayed at, where breakfast remains the same each day, here it was a delightful surprise.

The service was exceptional; all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The management team was also very approachable. One staff member, in particular, was especially kind and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to Braga and nearby culinary spots. We will definitely return to El Hotel. Thank you very much for everything!

Services is excellent the staff is good looking too love it, good food good vibe excellent swimming pool, the hotel is classic but at the same time not boring, keep up the good work increase entertainment in room (tv quality, sound system quality, and maybe some small karaoke entertainment) make your hotel more hommy.

El Hotel Bandung is a wonderful place with exceptionally friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms. Special mention goes to Rosa and her team from customer service, who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is well taken care of. The hotel also offers a large and varied breakfast buffet, perfect to start the day. During our stay, we unexpectedly had to visit the hospital, and the hotel provided excellent support. They handled all logistics and even surprised us with a fruit basket. Rosa was there for us every step of the way, making our stay much more comfortable. The warmth and care of the staff, combined with the great facilities, make this hotel a true recommendation!

I have 3 times stayed in this hotel. The service and staffs were excellent. The rooms and facilities were also in good maintenance. The taste of breakfast was quite good in many variant. The last one, hotel location is strategic in the middle of bandung city and close to Braga Street.

I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after adjustment.

I’ve booked this hotel before 2 years ago and was impressed with the newer rooms which I was allocated.

Overall, a disappointing stay for me and my guests this time.

In future, will definitely skip this hotel and opt for newer and better ones.

Room quite warm as the aircon is not cold even when set to lowest temperature.

nothing great. there's still renovating some part of the building, there's no view to look at because low floor given to us. fitness ctr wonderful. swimming pool good.

Nice furnished room, clean and comfortable. One note is the placement of washtable outside the bath room, maybe just not used to. The are minimart inside the hotel with reasonable price. Near to Braga, just walking out. The table in the restaurant is quite crowded and tight, need more space though.

When I booked at hotels.com somewhere it said that free breakfast for 3. However in reality I hv to pay for my son’s. Should better coordination with hotels.com.
The pillow is too hard. Why don’t give a softer one.
