The location was next to the event we where attending
Night one a/c leaked told the front desk they couldn’t do anything about it, but give us a bucket to catch the water, it even started having a mold smell. Went to the local Walmart to buy air freshener so we could sleep through the night but I’m a light sleeper so the sound of water dripping into a bucket they gave us kept me up, and also having to constantly empty the bucket. They did finally switch our rooms the next day, but I will never book here again
When we arrived, the room smelled moldy, and we found mold on the curtains. In the handy accessible room. The standard room had a very musty smell..
The smell in the rooms and the rooms were not thoroughly checked or cleaned.
Room was big and clean. Bathroom had signs of water damage
Swimming pool bathroom was disgusting, no electricity, floor and toilet were filthy, not even usable. The hotel door going out to pool was broken so you were locked out and had to go around to front lobby to get in. Pool was clean, but around it was pretty run down. Breakfast was so so, no one around to refill syrup for waffles.
Nice staff clean room and decent pool.

We showed up to be told they did not have a room for us.
Property was in a great location but the hotel had a lot of damage on the inside.
Guest service and the beds were so comfy I could not
get up. I had not slept that well in a while.
Hall ways carpets were stained , shower curtain had hole, furnishings had peeling lacquer and my room seemed not properly cleaned but the guest service and the comfy bed made everything ok.
Fit was clean staff was nice
paying triple because of it being a graduation weekend
