TV didn't work and they knew before hand and didn't say anything. No blackout curtains and there was a light right outside the window. Breakfast was bare minimum. Elevator was scary...a lot of noise and Perkins. Not worth the money.

Great Customer Service!!!!!
Pros:

Breakfast was great!! When we arrived it was freezing cold. The room we had the heater was not working. The manager was so professional he not only moved us to a warm room but upgraded us. He was great!!!!!!!!! Room was old not to clean but I would come back because of the great customer service!!!!!
