Room was very clean

Cons:

Hot water took 3 to 5 minutes to get hot,i didnt like the door set up,between 6 and 7,no real designated parking bays,i was in 7,the drunk muppet in 6,slammed the door,every time he went out of his room,same going back in.there obviously water damage in room 7 at one point in time,bathroom door looks swollen with rising damp.
