SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable with delicious breakfast. The location was a bit far from town centre and 15 mins walk from the tube.
There were few good restaurants local near by where we had dinner 2 evenings as a group of 5. There was also a shopping center 5 mins walk with all usual brands etc.
On our last evening we walked to a near by spa and had a brilliant foot and back massage for 259 yuan for 80 mins! It was advertised in our hotel and we asked for directions at the reception. I would highly recommend this massage as it helped to fly back non stop the following day and feel comfortable

Very disappointed by the attitude. I arrived in the evening and tried the restaurant of the hotel. I arrived at 20:32 and asked for a table. the answer was that the kitchen had been closed at 20:30. Is this a way to welcome a client ?
for the rest the room was very clean, but no toothbrush in the bathroom , nothing for such price ! television very big and modern, but no way to see something in EN, just one channel of news, the rest only vip payment. breakfast very rich and good

Quite central location with walking distance to several places of interest.
Room was ok,good breakfast, but a little packed and noisy.
Offer free coffee and tea in the lobby.

Great stay, rooms very spacious (exec room). Maid was very attentive and even put extra water in my room each day given the hot weather. Rooms were spotless. Ate in the restaurant which I would highly recommend, the pan fried pork buns are one of the nicest things I have ever eaten. Location was fab!

Wonderful stay, 5min walk to yuyuan metro station. Room is modern and has everything you need including a mini fridge. I didnt have breakfast here. Check in / out was fast and easy, would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing! Great location, wonderful service and so many unexpected perks like free beer and coffee coupons, outside bar with skyline views and free minibar drinks. Highly recommend!

This hotel is perfect for those wanting to explore Shanghai or get rail links to further afield. There is building work going on in the area but there is in most of the city. Staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was tasty and plentiful. Rooms were very clean and supplied with toiletries, robes and slippers to make our stay more comfortable.

Beautiful hotel!

The location is great. It is close to bus line and subway. Walking distance to many visitor’s sites. The hotel can be improved in many details. The room temperature can not be adjusted even though there is a controller.

It's a good hotel. Transportation is very convenient. However, the laundry is closed from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, which is inconvenient. The front desk doesn't provide much tourist information.

Value for money, easy access to metro station and attractions nearby. A small mall selling cheap and good souvenirs

Breakfast changed each day and was very tasty but the quality itself was quite average, but totally above average for the low price of the hotel.
Bathroom did have some mould but mostly not a problem. Amazing towels and hairdryer.
Absolute loveliest cleaning and kitchen staff, limited English but so sweet and kind and helpful.

Overall a good hotel, however the rooms had a mouldy, humidity problem that needs to be addressed.

We came here as a family twice between June and July. We liked that this hotel is located within a 15mins walk to the Yu Yuan Garden and Yu Yuan classical streets. It’s roughly 30-45mins walk to the Huangpu River cruise (Shiliupu Pier).

The rooms are very clean and are a good size. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are serviced daily. On our 2nd visit we received an upgrade - very cool, thank you!

⭐️⭐️This hotel is generous! You can take the can drinks in the fridge everyday (免费 , complimentary). They gave each occupant in the room a bottle of water daily. They also provide facial cleansing towels and face masks in the rooms (免费 ) Very generous⭐️⭐️! The laundry is available for patrons to use (免费).

The receptionist is friendly and knowledgeable. We have no issues returning to this hotel in the future.
