Ideal if you are looking for the best lake view ever to go with amazing local beers from their bar

The views are unreal from the rooms with lake views (number 4 ours). Room had a bath which is always nice. Bed was comfy and super big. Coffee and hot chocolate sachets provided in the room and two drink vouchers (up to 15 dollars each!) on arrival just for being hotel guests.
In reception, Verity took perfect care of us giving us plenty of recommendations in the area and we loved that she was from Yorkshire!

Cons:

Only that one of the windows locks in our room was loose and did not close the window properly and on a very windy night as it was ours, the wind made noise during the night and it felt a bit chilly by the end of it. But there was a blanket on the wardrobe
