I didn't like the absence of microwave services to clients.

Were staying for 2 weeks ,very accessible for everything like metro and mall. Just the toilet we have is flooding all the time,they fixed it but still flood somewhere leaking.but other than that its good.

The staff was cooperative, but the room had many faults. Aircondition was not working properly, room changed after one night. But the other room had a water leak just above the toilet, reported twice but not sorted.

We have to book another hotel because we couldn’t not sleep one night in that hotel bathroom it’s terrible overall that place need a lot upgrades

I thought this was a 4 star hotel but it did not live up to expectations. Although it wasnt the worst hotel, I give a low rating because it failed to show how its 4 star. There was a loose screw on the floor in our room which is unsafe, the curtain drapes were getting stuck and felt like if we tried to open them, they would fall on us, the vanity unit in the bathroom was dirty, the plug hole in the bidet was blocked, the table lamp was smashed, the duvet wasn't clean, there were missing items like the laundry or lunch list etc.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel. I personally on my arrival told them to place me in a quiet room as i was tired and needed a few hours of sleep before my crucial meeting. They never adhered to my request they placed me in a room overlooking the market field which had continuous running noise till 3 AM with a night football match. I was moved very late after complaining. The next day I went to attend a meeting the whole day on return I found my suitcase being tampered with when I asked them they said no one was in my room. I Was sure I closed my suitcase luckily I had lost nothing. I was traumatised and checked out one day earlier.

Friendly staff, across from Metro! Room faced a very loud night market that ended only @ 1:30 a.m.

This hotel is far from being 4 star. Maybe 2 star will be the right rating and in this case I would rate it higher. It is a very old building and everything is worn down. Location is convenient, close to the metro and main bus station. Also free parking is provided which is very convenient for this crowded area.

Service was ordinary but breakfast was great.
