Für kurze Urlaub mit der Natur oder als zwischen Stop ist sehr gut 👍
Pros:

Sehr gut für zwischen Aufenthalt. Lager ist gut, für Familien mit Kindern oder nur so ist sehr schön. Frühstück ist absolut dicker Lob von uns : Vielfältige und schmeckt gut . Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant sollte der Chef dort mehr kümmern . Wir waren dort und wartete, wartete...derTisch ist verklebt, schmutzig. Bis das Essen rauskommen: Mehr als die Hälfte haben wir zurück gelassen: Schnitzel wie Pappe, gebrate Hündchen das gleiche....Die Spagetti auch nicht besser...Nur einmal und möchten wir nicht mehr rein in den Restaurant.
Die Möbel im Zimmer wird es Zeit in die Ruhestand zu schicken. Die habt bestimmt die schöne Zeit verdient. Q

Super Hotel!

Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.

⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Très déçue cette fois-ci
Pros:

C’est la troisième fois que je viens à l’hôtel SnowWorld avec mes enfants et malheureusement cette fois-ci a été la pire expérience.

Je comprends qu’il y ait des travaux, mais cela n’excuse pas le manque de propreté dans la partie hôtel, ni le bruit très important, surtout lorsqu’on séjourne en famille. De plus, lors de la réservation, aucune information claire n’était indiquée concernant ces travaux. Nous avons seulement été prévenus par mail deux jours avant notre arrivée, ce qui est beaucoup trop tard.

Les chambres restent correctes et l’hôtel en lui-même a du potentiel, mais le séjour a été gâché par le bruit et la saleté, ce qui est vraiment dommage.

Je suis très déçue et je ne suis pas sûre d’y retourner.

Heerlijk! Goed locatie en fantastisch personeel!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van de medewerkers. Je wordt enorm vriendelijk geholpen met alle vragen die je hebt. Verder is de ligging enorm ideaal als je een dagje wil skieën in Landgraaf, of wil genieten daar van de omgeving.

Cons:

De kamers zijn aan renovatie toe. Verouderd, maar verder netjes schoon en ruim genoeg. Maar daar is het hotel dit jaar druk mee bezig. Verder is alles super voor elkaar!

Prima voor één nacht als tussenstop
Pros:

Je hebt er alles zitten. Prima restaurant, leuk om te kijken naar het skiën en het hotel zit er aan vast. Voor een tussenstop is dit een prima hotel.

Had er beter niet heen kunnen gaan

Personeel heeft me top geholpen in de nacht
Heeft ook gezegt dat ze aan het verbouwen waren

Cons:

Er was een verbouwing alles lag open
Afzuiging werkte niet motor stuk hele nacht niet kunnen slapen

Heb 200 euro betaald ben volgende dag naar van der valk gegaan

Mijn bed was al gebruikt handdoeken lagen op de grond was al gebruikt bekers waren ook al gebruikt

Het was half 3 snachts dus ben maar gebleven
