An overall great place to stay with children!
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was really good. And the location was conveniently located.

Cons:

We knew that the parking was in a garage nearby but it was a bit harder to find than we anticipated.

Sauberes Zimmer, zentrale Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht. Die Lage war sehr gut, wenige Gehminuten zur Altstadt und Fussgängerzone.

Cons:

Schade war nur, dass das Gasthaus Flötzinger Bräu nur Freitags und Samstags geöffnet ist. Aber in Rosenheim gibt es genug Restaurants in welchen wir sehr gut gegessen haben.

Tolle Lage, Zimmer sehr gut, nur zu laut nachts, am Wochenende.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt Mitte in der Stadt. Kann man alles sehr bequem zur Fuß erreichen.
Hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Wunderschöne Haus. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Leider, war nachts zu viel zu laut, weil unten Kneipen waren und die Menschen sich draußen sehr laut unterhalten haben. Auf die Straßen fuhren auch laute Autos und Motorräder. Den ganzen Wochenende. Also, schlafen mit offenen Fenster ist nicht drin. Oder, muss man Ohrstöpsel benutzen. Und, ich liebe mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen. Ich brauche Kälte und frische Luft beim schlafen. Das heißt das im Sommer kann man hier nicht gut schlafen. Ausser, man kommt selber sehr spät, nachts in Hotel.
Oder, man bucht eine Zimmer auf der andere Seite. Ich weiß nicht ob man dort etwas hört.
Und, die Dusche in meinr Zimmer (Nr. 16) hatte keine Dichtung gehabt. Davon wusste ich nicht, und habe die Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt. Sehr unangenehm, nachts mit der Handtücher alles aufzuwischen.

Super zentrale Lage, perfekt für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Super zentrale Lage, helles Zimmer, sehr netter Herr am Empfang. Reibungsloser Ablauf und gute Vorab-Kommunikation was Schlüsseltresor und Parken betrifft.

Cons:

Treppenhaus/Vorraum vor dem Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt der Nachbarn, auch wenn diese normal auftreten. Wasserkocher wäre schön gewesenen.
