Comfortable, pleasant atmosphere, excellent quality goods ie shower gel, thick fluffy towels, v good made up order breakfast so extra fresh
Just needed a small fridge in room - then could offer fresh milk instead of cartons
Shame the jacuzzi / whirlpool was not in service.
Location overlooked duck pond
Sofa bed was so uncomfortable I had to pack every towel to lay on it.
Hot water in bath/ shower non existent had to boil kettle for bath.
Noisy from rooms upstairs and cleaning staff was awful, this was an early wedding anniversary break as can't go may as husband having surgery in April. We are elderly and this wasn't a nice break a complete waste of money .
I also asked for window tables but breakfast said they didn't reserve one for us did we want a corner table,I said I'm claustrophobic and you want to put me in a corner but staff didn't care .
Everyone was exceptionally helpful and friendly, everything was lovely and clean and well looked after, food very nice, it was nice that you could use the facilities at Searles and you can even walk there but cutting through the golf course, there is a nice gym with sauna, steam room, complimentary to use, and electric car charge points
The food was excellent, good choices available, served promptly.
Not being in the main byilding, also room was a bit too warm

The cooked breakfast was good but there wasn’t a lot of choice of continental. The first day there was no continental breakfast but very little on the second day.

Attractive property Neat and tidy with lovely grounds
Very slow service in Restaurant on first night waited 45 mins just to have order taken and 40 mins for it to be served.
At breakfast on second morning service very fast. Cooked breakfast brought long before cereal had been eaten A little sharpening of the restaurant service skills would have given you a 10 rating.
