We liked the 20 minute walk across the golf course to the beach and to Hunstanton.
Pros:

Breakfasts and dinners were really good. I was pleased with our room which was the only one available, although small, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It was really clean and everyday tea, coffee and biscuits were topped up.

Cons:

I liked everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location.

Cons:

Expected to be in main hotel, would have liked to known on booking if room is in an annexe.
Not enough seats in lounge area facing TV.
The fire was lit but someone had opened an outside door, leaving all the other lounge seating areas cold.

Service top notch
Pros:

Staff were brilliant. Had a really personal touch. They had a big coach party in but managed to dispatch them to their rooms in about 10 minutes. Made sure my party had an excellent dining experience even tho they were super busy. We had a table set up in the lounge where it was quieter, it was like private dining (without the cost) and the service did not miss a beat. All our rooms were comfy and perfect for our needs. Walk across the golf course to the coast was relaxing. Couldn't fault the whole experience.

Luxury settings with shared facility access
Pros:

Booked this property after wanting something a little more luxurious (I’m used to booking cheaper stays when I was younger), but with easy access to Hunstanton. On check in, did not expect them to tell us about sharing facility access with Searles (I must have missed that detail when researching the hotel), so that opened up more things for us to do (bingo, entertainment, swimming, etc) and only 15 mins walk across the golf course.
The room itself was super comfortable and kept really well. The main manor house had the restaurant and bar, both with amazing service from the staff and a chilled out vibe with the other guests (we spent one evening watching Traitors with another couple and chatting away over a few drinks!). Breakfast and evening meals were well prepared and delicious. Will most definitely book this venture again!
