Excellent location and the views over the golf course were lovely in the evening sun

Reception was excellent

Cons:

Breakfast, scrambled eggs resembled an omelette and toast only cooked on one side. Waiting staff were monosyllabic.

Pleasant but could have been better.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, freshly cooked to order and served promptly. The rooms were clean but needed repainting and the decor/carpets were dated. My daughter loved feeding the ducks which were very close to the property.

Cons:

Toilet very difficult to flush, had to hold both buttons at the same time and one was behind the toilet lid which had to be lowered for access. Some noise from upstairs property, could hear loud movement and water running late at night and early morning.

Pros:

Evening meal was fabulous.

Staff really lovely

Cons:

The cottage we had samphire 11d was very poor
The bathroom smelt of damp
The room was to a poor standard needs some remedial work.
The stairway was riddled with webs and spiders
