Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaubsaufenthalt und wir sind gut erholt wieder abgereist.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Besonders ist uns der sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Service aufgefallen! Der Spa Bereich hatte auch alles was man braucht und ein sehr umfangreiches Angebot! Wenn wir wieder in die „Ecke“ kommen zum erholen, werden wir wieder versuchen das Hotel zu buchen, klare Empfehlung von uns!

Da können wir nichts aufführen.

Bester Aufenthalt in Polen !
Pros:

Wir sind super begeistert !! Wir hatten das Zimmer 501 und eine Mega tolle Aussicht . Es war alles sauber und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl ! Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles was man braucht und das Personal war freundlich . Wir kommen gern bald wieder .. wir würden es allen weiter empfehlen!!! Danke ans Team Aurora

Wir kommen wieder - perfekt für uns als junge Familie.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, sauber, modern und perfekte Lage. Wie waren als junge Familie hier und hatten bei Schlechtwetter auch genügend Bespaßung für unsere 11 Monate alte Tochter.

Hotel ma sporo zalet, szczególnie dla rodzin z dziećmi, ale kwestie czystości jacuzzi, jakości i wyboru posiłków oraz do
Pros:

Dużym atutem hotelu są udogodnienia dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo podobały mi się wyznaczone przestrzenie dla najmłodszych – dwie sale zabaw oraz brodzik z ciepłą wodą. To zdecydowanie ułatwia pobyt z dzieckiem i sprawia, że maluchy mają co robić. Pokoje były komfortowe i czyste, a obsługa miła i pomocna. Ogólnie pod względem czystości hotel również zrobił na mnie dobre wrażenie.

Cons:

Największym rozczarowaniem było jacuzzi. Przez cały nasz pobyt z filtrów wypływały brudne, tłuste zanieczyszczenia. Rozczarowały mnie również obiady. Wybór był bardzo mały, a dostępne dania sprawiały wrażenie przygotowanych głównie z myślą o niemieckich turystach. Zabrakło większej różnorodności i ciekawszych propozycji. Kolejnym minusem są wysokie dodatkowe opłaty. Parking jest bardzo drogi, a pobieranie dodatkowej opłaty za łóżeczko dla małego dziecka uważam za dużą przesadę. Przy cenie pobytu w hotelu takie podstawowe udogodnienie dla rodzin powinno być wliczone w cenę.
