Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es war sauber und das Personal sehr nett. Das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

In der Sauna war es sehr laut,da sich gleich nebenan der Kinderpool und das Schwimmbecken befand und nicht getrennt war.

Idealny weekend walentynkowy
Pros:

Dawno tak nie odpoczęłam, jak właśnie u Państwa. Cudowny widok, obsługa przemiła, udogodnienia na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo czysto. Śniadania i obiadokolacje pyszne. Wszystko przemyślane i wygodne. Z miłą chęcią bym jeszcze tam wróciła.

Cons:

Może jakaś opcja większego parkingu w niedalekiej odległości sprawiłoby, że nie byłoby takiego niepokoju o potencjalne miejsce.

Wellness & Spa - leider keine 4-Sterne-Erfahrung

Cons:

Zunächst bekamen wir ein angebliches Upgrade-Zimmer, das jedoch eine Tür im Zimmer hatte, die ins Nichts führte. Dadurch war das Zimmer extrem hellhörig und wir konnten jedes Wort der Nachbarn hören. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption haben wir zwar sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen, was wir positiv bewerten, dennoch war der Start in den Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend.

Generell merkt man von „Wellness & Spa“ hier leider kaum etwas. Auf den Bildern wirkt der Bereich deutlich gemütlicher als vor Ort – die dort vorhandenen Plastikliegen sieht man auf den Fotos nicht. Es gibt nur zwei sehr kleine Standard-Saunen, was tatsächlich noch das einzig Positive am Wellnessbereich war. Die Salzgrotte ist nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar, was wir bei einem Wellness-Hotel sehr schade finden. Auch das Billard sollte angeblich bis 21 Uhr geöffnet sein, jedoch standen wir bereits um 19 Uhr vor verschlossener Tür.

Weitere Mängel im Zimmer:
• keine Lüftung im Badezimmer
• Spülung der Toilette sehr schwach, Toilettenpapier ging kaum runter
• bei eingesteckter Hotelkarte gab es ein dauerhaft störendes Geräusch, zum Schlafen mussten wir die Karte herausnehmen → kein Strom im Zimmer
• Zimmer insgesamt sehr alt eingerichtet
• Jacuzzi-Badewanne an den Seiten verschmutzt

Unsere Beschwerden wurden zwar ernst genommen und es wurde auch reagiert. Außerdem gab es ein Entgegenkommen seitens des Hotels, wofür wir dankbar sind. Dennoch ist es bei dem Preis für einen zweitägigen Aufenthalt sehr ärgerlich, so viele Mängel zu erleben. Wir haben unsere Erfahrung gemacht und werden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Tolles Frühstück. Angenehm ruhig. Im Schwimmbad waren wir so gut wie allein.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir unsere schmalen Kissen vergessen und bekamen auch dort keine.

Zentral gelegenes, bestes Hotel vor Ort mit Spa
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral direkt vor der Mole am Strand. Sehr gutes Schwimmbad, Sauna (finnisch und türkisch) und besosnders schön der Jacuzzi. Sehr große Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet.
