Pros:

Hotel staff made you feel welcomed & took the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. There was a good mix of local & international breakfast menu. Food served was sufficient & good.

不会再次选择这家酒店，体验感极差如果不是大堂经理和安保人员的态度我可以给1分差评。

我觉得这个酒店的大堂设计和复古风格挺不错，酒店保安员工和大堂经理前台接待服务相当不错很热情主动。

Cons:

酒店的房间陈旧缺乏修缮，空调力度不足房间炎热，每层的房间都有浓烈的发霉气味难以接受。餐厅员工区别对待顾客，我在早餐时间看到日本客人餐厅服务员会热情倒水招待迎接，中国客人请自行装水，希望一视同仁的服务态度对待每个国家顾客。

My favorite staycation place in Makati.
Pros:

My favorite. Ambiance is very calming and food is very delicious. Just like a homecooked meal.
