The crew were extra nice and helped us with late checkout. The location was great and the room was full of light, nice and welcoming.

Comfortable place to use as a base for exploring the city and sleeping
Cons:

It was let down initially on cleanliness. On arrival we needed to wipe down the surfaces due to dust, the previous occupants underwear was by the side of the bed and make up in the bedside drawer

Clean and comfortable stairs are the problem

Cons:

No lift in the premises after requesting a first floor apartment we (three adults)were given a second floor apartment which meant carrying three 23kg bags and 3 x hand luggage up two flights of narrow stairs.They don’t have ground floor apartments so it’s a minimum one floor up the stairs

Pros:

I love everything about this place. The staffs Gianluca who is the front desk officer and all the girl that helps taking care of the place are all nice and friendly! I can’t wait to go back again and stay longer:). Very clean, great and safe location, comfortable to even just stay in the room and relax.
