Wonderful hotel with friendly staff and top notch amenities!
Pros:

The location was very convenient to downtown Fort Worth, and it had one of the best indoor pools I’ve ever been to, heated, with a splash pad also. Safe garage parking just across the street from the main entrance of the hotel, and the lobby & rooms were very spacious and clean. The pillows and comforters were so soft and comfortable that we all slept like a rock. The towels were big & nice and fluffy, and you were able to grab as many as you needed. The staff were super friendly & helpful and very approachable and willing to help with anything you needed. The products they use for the bathrooms are full size and very nice and smell amazing. You don’t have to wrestle with little travel sized lotions and soaps that usually are awful anyway. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I wouldn’t have had to bring my own with me..I definitely would have been satisfied just using their products.

Cons:

You do have to pay extra to have breakfast included, and the buffet had a decent spread, but no waffles or pancakes or anything like that. You could do a “made to order” breakfast, but that was a bigger up-charge. Only thing I would like more would be to have a waffle maker and more hot food for the breakfast, especially since you have to pay extra for it, but I will say that they serve breakfast until 11 a.m. which was wonderful for late sleepers.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient
Pros:

Great location to decent food, friendly staff, clean!

Cons:

Would have been nicer to have firmer pillows and the bed was a little too apt for my liking, but my preferences may not be the same as everyone. I generally travel with my own pillow and blanket. I wish the towels were bigger and better quality. I can’t believe a paid nearly $7 for an alani in the hotel store, but desperate times, I guess. Breakfast was good. Great selection of items.

The staff was amazing. I thought they were above and beyond. Really the difference maker at this hotel. General facilities were very nice. I also liked that someone on staff (I guess it could have been automated) texted up to ask about our stay in between the days. That was a nice touch.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was quite boring. Most hotels I stay at have an awesome above and beyond continental breakfast. Your buffet was extremely lacking and it was $17 - value was extremely not there. Also I have never been to a hotel ever for a 2 night stay that did not clean my room in between nights. You guys did not. That was a surprise. It really did not effect our stay but my wife and I it was very noteworthy for future considerations.
