Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facility. Staff is very attentive to your every need. Areas surrounding hotel are walkable and I found locals to be quite friendly.
Receptionists are good and courteous. The location is convenient, being on the main road. Malls and restaurants are within a walking distance.
In room amenities and utilities can be upgraded. Shower head spits water everywhere that the whole bathroom becomes wet. The TV and remote are very slow and not working. The channels are mostly in other languages, prefer more English channels. Also, no channels for kids.
