Proximity to the beach, the Amtrak station and downtown Santa Barbara. Many eateries only 2 blocks away.

Sehr zentral und schön gelegenes Hotel, schön eingerichtete Räume zum Verweilen und 2 Balkone im Obergeschoss. Freundliches Personal. Gute Ausstattung (Spiele, Strandhandtücher etc.)

It was central to everything we needed and wanted to explore. We were on a bikepacking trip and the garden suite was perfect for us as we were able to tuck our bikes into the garden. And love that our favorite meal of the trip was connected to the property. The accommodations were cozy and staff were so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed including personal emergency items. Will definitely return in the future!

The location is PERFECT!! Yes, the rooms are very small but it was fine for a weekend, everything else about it was great, service, cleanliness, boutique feel, and the big thing is the ideal location.

The location was prefect and close to a lot of places and the water. The room was very small. The bathroom was not the cleanest. There was hair, shower curtain was dirty and the tile grout was dirty.

A PERFECT LOCATION! What a wonderful week we had in beautiful Santa Barbara and this property is a gem! Convenient to all walkable points of interest, the beach, tons of restaurants and right across the tracks from the SB train station.
We’ll be back soon for SB 2.0, but this time we are taking the train. Really didn’t need a car.

The hotel is in a great area of town. It’s accessible to the beach, Sterns Warf and all the restaurants. The customer service was top notch. Valet, Front Desk and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience. Recommend to all.

Riviera beach house is a chic, well-kept, and very sweet boutique hotel in the perfect location in Santa Barbara. I found the hotel as I was in the city for a friend’s 40th birthday. The hotel is within walking distance of so many great local spots and especially the gorgeous pier/beach. Overall, I had a really lovely, pleasant stay here and I would absolutely stay again if I ever make it back to Santa Barbara.

This is a great boutique hotel in a superb location. The rooms are small, but very nice. The only downside is the proximity to the train, which comes through several times a day. That said, the walkability factor is awesome. We walked over to the Funk Zone and spent some time along the shore and on State Street.

Hotel Reception and services were outstanding- very professional, courteous and helpful. Reception area was well organized and had seating and tables to sit and relax along with game activities. Reception area also included free coffee, tea snd ice lemonade water (24hr) as well as a vending area for other snacks and drinks. Room was very clean, nice amenities, with individual private patio, and appeared recently renovated. Location is central to beach, restaurants and downtown State St activities. Will stay again in the future.

Clean, good location

I liked the location and the fact that there was a convenient bar downstairs. Fairly clean and contemporary.
