Beautiful and well designed room. Comfortable bed and bed linens
Helpful front desk clerk and parking valet.
Wall art in lobby and room draws you in with the stories it tells.
Expensive dog fee, but staff were generous and welcoming.

Overall, It was lovely and they gave us an extra hour to checkout.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and was very cute. The beds were extremely comfortable, We loved the sitting area outside of our room.

Cons:

The room was very tight but lovely. It was annoying that there was no parking but we were able to park two blocks away on the street.

I will definitely return to share this little gem with friends.
Pros:

This was the perfect location for walking to the beach, pier and restaurants and shopping. Santa Barbara has a free bus that takes you up and down State Street. This boutique hotel is the best experience I have ever had and I have traveled a lot all over the world. The staff was like family and all the extra amenities were really appreciated, coffee and tea in the lobby, extra outdoor rooms for enjoying a glass of wine before dinner or coffee in the morning, tasteful games in the lobby and on and on.

We loved our stay!! The staff were amazing and our room was cozy and nice!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, with lots of clean, modern decor! We frequented the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar in the lobby. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were SO nice and helpful. The lady at the check-in desk even helped us carry our suitcases. The location was great too! Easy to walk around or visit the beach. Overall we had a great stay!!

Cons:

It did feel a bit crammed in the room, but we were only there for one night. The bathroom was really the only thing that I didn't like. The door was semi-see-through so it didn't feel like you had much privacy. The shower worked fine but water got everywhere because it isn't full enclosed. Other than that, we had no issues.

Relaxed, dog friendly vibe
Pros:

Quant, friendly hotel with relaxed beach vibes and dog friendly spaces. We enjoyed the private patio off our room and the Friday wine reception. The attached resturant is phenomenal, it is independent of the hotel but a perfect fit.

Cozy room, just very limited.
Pros:

The room was clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The property itself was pretty and it was in excellent proximity to everything, very great location. We ordered from the restaurant downstairs and it offered quick and convenient room delivery, not to mention the food and drinks were very good.

Cons:

The room and the property were small overall, definitely not what we expected nor gathered from the photos. There was very minimal storage, there is no in room iron for your clothing so bring a travel steamer or prepare to pay for dry cleaning services. The door to the restroom really did not offer any privacy nor separation. Parking is EXTREMELY limited and by valet only. There is no elevator for guests but the front desk staff can take your belongings on a service elevator.

Small room where i could hear everything single thing that happened in the other small rooms

So noisy, actual screaming from a private party held less than 10 ft from our room, then those people were put in rooms on our floor where they continued to scream for 2 days

Serenity in Downtown Santa Barbara
Pros:

Second year staying at this fabulous little hotel in downtown Santa Barbara. Both times I reserved a patio room and love it for that reason: to be able to spend some private time outdoors and see the sky.
Love the casual attitude of the hotel and its location. The restaurant is also fantastic.
