Great location, interiors are well kept!

First the good then the bad . . . .The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Stearns Wharf which is convenient.
However, they do not have elevators which was difficult for me with issues like knee replacements and no one was available to take the luggage upstairs as well.
The plumbing was a mess. Sink wouldnt drain and after one quick shower the whole bathroom floor was flooded so my roomate unable to take their shower for fear of flooding the entire room. This problem was not resolved before we checked out

So happy we stayed here. Conveniently located next to Amtrack station, we walked 3 min from station to hotel. Staff was a delight. Nice easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Definitely staying here again. Only one complaint; shower water spills into entire restroom, but no big deal.

Cute spot DT Santa Barbara. Lots of art and cool decor. Close to everything if we want to walk around. There are cute patio common areas to sit and have a glass of wine and enjoy the view or sunset. When we were there it was a film festival weekend so it was a busy weekend in town. Hotel valet was full so we found free parking around the corner. Also might want to bring ear plugs for the early morning train.

Expensive dog fee, but staff were generous and welcoming.

The hotel was in a great location and was very cute. The beds were extremely comfortable, We loved the sitting area outside of our room.

This was the perfect location for walking to the beach, pier and restaurants and shopping. Santa Barbara has a free bus that takes you up and down State Street. This boutique hotel is the best experience I have ever had and I have traveled a lot all over the world. The staff was like family and all the extra amenities were really appreciated, coffee and tea in the lobby, extra outdoor rooms for enjoying a glass of wine before dinner or coffee in the morning, tasteful games in the lobby and on and on.

The hotel was beautiful, with lots of clean, modern decor! We frequented the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar in the lobby. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were SO nice and helpful. The lady at the check-in desk even helped us carry our suitcases. The location was great too! Easy to walk around or visit the beach. Overall we had a great stay!!

Quant, friendly hotel with relaxed beach vibes and dog friendly spaces. We enjoyed the private patio off our room and the Friday wine reception. The attached resturant is phenomenal, it is independent of the hotel but a perfect fit.

The room was clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The property itself was pretty and it was in excellent proximity to everything, very great location. We ordered from the restaurant downstairs and it offered quick and convenient room delivery, not to mention the food and drinks were very good.
