Cons:

After hours access was necessary due to train problems from Brisbane took from 1230 till 430 then find building , I have a visual impairment so finding number and then getting keys not easy and then had to access via carpark,,,,,,,once in apartment nice but no toilet paper......and no maps or any details where shops.....lastly I know when leaks occur have to be dealt with to access via blowers and baby seat in hall not great so easy access to garbage shoot and then having to look in basement for recycling not good, place is good location etc but these difficulties not good experience, spoke to managers next day when heading to airport unit had been sold etc etc but not good overall experience

We had a lovely weekend. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The unit was lovely and clean. Very well set out and very comfortable. Located in a quiet area and walking distance to Broadbeach Bowls Club, BWS, cafes and takeaways.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Perfect location, right next to cafes, beach, scooter tracks and parks. Would stay again 10/10
Pros:

Perfect location, great facilities within the apartments, Mel one of the owners was accommodating, friendly, helpful and a brilliant host! The pool is perfect for kids (and adults) and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed for a family holiday.

Cons:

We stayed in Unit 518 over the Christmas period for 8 nights and arrived on Christmas Day. While we understood that staffing would be limited, there was effectively no reception service for our entire stay. There was an intercom and phone number to contact reception, but despite calling many times, no one answered. On several occasions, different people briefly responded on the intercom, but the calls kept cutting out. Only after I became frustrated and gave my phone number when they responded to interom, she called back, and we were eventually able to collect the key. Also I had to read loudly my credit card number with full details while talking to intercom (she was saying hard to hear, I had to read card details loudly!!)
Each unit has a designated car parking space; however, approximately half a metre of our allocated space was occupied by surfboards and two bicycles!. As we were driving an SUV, this made parking extremely difficult and we were constantly worried about damaging the car while reversing car.
Inside the unit, basic supplies such as tea, coffee, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and shampoo were only provided for the first day. Nothing was replenished during our stay, so we had to purchase all supplies ourselves for the remaining days!!
We also encountered several cockroaches in the unit, despite never opening the balcony door, and it was unclear where they were coming from. The bedroom light was not working, and the ensuite toilet had no exhaust fan.
On the final day, we noticed the HVAC unit began leaking and flooded part of the apartment. To prevent further water damage, we had to turn off the air conditioning overnight, which was far from ideal.
The only positive aspect of this stay was the location, which is within a two-minute walk to the beach and pool.
