It was clean
The noise at night from level 10 - it was horrendous. Unable to sleep. Tiny, tiny bathroom
Die Lage ist prima, das Personal überaus freundlich, das Frühstück lecker und das Zimmer sehr ansprechend. Es gibt diverse zusätzliche Services, welche wir zwar nicht nutzten, aber dennoch sehr nett fanden.
Das Duschen in der freistehenden Badewanne war etwas anspruchsvoll, aber kein wirkliches Problem.
Great location, only a 4min walk to Ben Than Market and 5min walk to Saigon Square. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. All the staff were amazing! They refill your water and minibar every day. Aircon worked well
There’s a primary school next door so there’s a lot of noice at 8am, if your room is located on that side of the hotel. I was already up by that time though so it didn’t worry me. They say the walls are sound proof but they’re definitely not.
Great location. Great breakfast and afternoon tea. When we told staff we would be leaving very early they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us to have before our flight. All staff were so welcoming and helpful.
The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable at The Odys. Special thanks to Mr.Tri always helping us so happily with our luggage. The reception team and all staff we communicated with were fabulous. The only noise we noticed was from the restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable and had all that we needed. The location was excellent and very convenient.
The only less than fabulous thing we noticed was when you stay on level 9, at times in the morning you can hear the chairs moving above you in the level 10 restaurant in the morning. It’s not a big deal at all though. Our overall stay was excellent!

Excellent Service: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Secure Luggage Storage: I was very impressed with their luggage handling. They don't just leave bags in a corner; they use a professional tagging system (like a cloakroom) to ensure your belongings are safe between check-out and departure.
Bathroom Storage: The only minor downside was the bathroom, which could use more shelf space or surfaces for personal toiletries and belongings.
The staff were very helpful, in particular Sophie the receptionist went out of her way to help us
Really great location, staff were great and breakfast was great for a small hotel good value for what we paid
Room was very small and when you leave the room the aircon turns off so when we would come back the room would smell a bit musty and damp until the aircon got going again.
