Ok but not great
Pros:

I loved the location and the reception staff

Cons:

Housekeeping never came to my room even after we called and the size of the pool was misleading as it appeared much bigger in the picture, not to mention there was so much chlorine in it you could see a film of it floating in the water

Pros:

Everyone we interacted with seemed to really understand hospitality and came across like they genuinely wanted us to have a great stay and enjoy the hotel and experience.

Had to ask reception next day for extra quilt as room was freezing cold as was my friend who was 3 rooms away

Cons:

Not made clear about room snacks and drinks, most give you at least a bottle of water free of charge. I was charged £24 for a £1.50 bottle of water and a handful of nuts . Message should be on the tray DO NOT TOUCH

Great location for Wembley arena and stadium
Pros:

Very nice hotel, far more premium than what I expected for a great price. Huge bed which was very comfy, staff very frustrating

Closeness to all the facilities around the area. And how close it was to everything

Cons:

Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Bits of rubbish and discarded crap under the bed that wasn’t checked when we checked in. Dirty shower curtain that had some weird mark on it that we refused to try and think what it could be. Also the beds were just 2 pushed together with a big lump in the middle where you could feel they were joined

If in Wembley, stay here!
Pros:

perfect location, room size was good, good size bathroom and everything was in good order, TV had the ability to connect to your own youtube and netflix which many UK hotels do not have, overall great facilities for a very reasonable price in an amazing location, we spent 3 nights and were very happy

Cons:

we are being mean here but a hot jacuzzi would have been great next to the spa/steam room
