We were given early access to the room (4 hours early) which was great and didn’t expect at all. Perfect location for the gig we went to at the OVO arena. Easy to access. Clean. Beds comfy. Spa access was great.
I didn’t like how we couldn’t OPEN the mini fridge without being charged, i wasn’t opening any of their food/drink products I just wanted to store my water in the fridge. When I called up reception to ask if I’d be charged for opening the fridge the gentleman said yes I would and to store my water down at the front desk. Why on earth would anyone do that. I think that’s a bit extreme, I understand opening products and being charged (everything was on sensors..) but to open the fridge door, come on.
Very happy with the room and the level of customer service. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfy.

The mini bar on the counter was a little confusing. Thankfully the staff warned me about it and it's sensors, but I dont think it was super clear that the items were for sale and not just included in room.

Room not very clean, under/around bed were fake rose petals from a previous guest!

Stayed at the hotel for a concert at Wembley Arena, the hotel was right next door and the location was perfect! Friendly staff, absolutely huge room which was spotless and had a bath.
I'm attending an event at Wembley Stadium later in the year and looked to book this hotel again as I was so impressed, but they hike the prices up when there is an event on and one night is over £700!

Great location, cheap parking and a lovely room
Perfectly located for visiting OVO Wembley Stadium, with plenty of parking facilities nearby — all within a short walking distance. The area is also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars, making it an ideal spot to stay before or after an event.
The check-in process was extremely busy and poorly organised. I was moved to a desk with no staff member present, and four guests who arrived after me were served before anyone attended to me. No information was provided regarding the location of our room, lifts, breakfast arrangements, or hotel facilities such as the pool.
When we later went to use the pool, we discovered it was closed — something we had not been informed about at any point. After returning from our evening out, it took around half an hour to get back to our room due to a complete lack of staff managing the lifts. Hundreds of guests arrived back at the hotel at the same time, resulting in a chaotic situation with no organisation or crowd management in place.
Overall, the experience felt poorly managed, and considering the price paid, the service provided was very basic and disappointing.
