Just the right hotel for the concert at the Ovo

Be transparent and honor your guests according to what they have paid for.
Pros:

Reception entrance was great aswell as staff in restaurant were very helpful.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a queen but was disappointed to be given a disabled room instead as there were no queen rooms available I wasn’t offered anything back in return and since I checked in at 2am i was too tired to raise a red flag at the time the bed in the room was of a very poor standard at least not Hilton standard disappointed

Pros:

Excellent location for Wembley stadium and local shops. Carpark only £15 for 24 hours if validated in hotel. Free upgrade to family room from a twin was a lovely surprise.

Great location and staff, poor nights sleep, expected better facilities for a Hilton.

Location was perfect and the staff were very nice.

Cons:

It was extremely loud with people running up and down the corridor screaming and shouting. We went down to reception and there was security chasing people all over the hotel preventing us from getting a good nights sleep. Only minor things with the room but, we were only provided with one big towel between us and the shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall and left in the bath.

Incredible stay, lovely room and kind people.
Pros:

The stay was incredible as usual. We were booked in by a lovely man called Hussain. He upgraded us to a better room. The breakfast was great and everything was perfect. The room was beautiful.
