I like how cozy the room and how big the bed was for us ,I also like how accomodating the receptionist his name bimal kudos to him he also offered a birthday drink for us in the skybar.

The Location
We were downgraded and not informed until arrival, the room was unclean and floor unhoovered, no air con even though advertised, bed was so uncomfortable, worst bed I've ever slept in, we left at 4am as couldnt sleep and felt grossed out... without a doubt worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.
Spotless
Breakfast was fantastic. Great quality and wide selection available, including a DIY pancake station and omelette's made to order. Staff very attentive also to keep your coffee cup refilled.
Housekeeping could use a bit of tightening up. Upon arrival I discovered a previous guests used contact lenses on the base of the lamp on my nightstand and a clump of dirt (or something similar) on the inside of the quilt, and on the second day my used large towel was restocked with one which had a large brown stain. Finally on my last morning before check out, I received a letter under my door with a bill for my room and breakfast. This was despite me having paid for my room in full upon arrival and being told that I could pay for breakfast at checkout once a final bill could be produced in case there where any additional costs incurred (mini bar, room service etc). There was also some confusion between Hilton and Booking.com which caused the same bill to be sent to me later in the day by email.
