Good Experience
Pros:

I liked the hotel, right on the beach and in a great location. The reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but rather that I have some suggestions for internal improvements. The breakfast staff needs more training. Although the breakfast offers a wide variety of items, the presentation is not very appealing. The employee who prepares pancakes and omelets seemed overwhelmed.
Instead of having separate stations for each type of product, it would be interesting to create two or three complete stations with all the items available. This would make things easier, as guests currently waste time trying to find where the products are located.
I also noticed that the breakfast service paid separately was much better than the one included in the daily rate. The included dinner is buffet-style as well, but it leaves something to be desired.
In any case, I highly recommend the hotel, except for people who do not like loud music. There is a beach club next to the adult pool area, and the music spreads throughout the entire area.

Pros:

I was upgraded to a junior suite where the view was fabulous and the service was excellent, it was so relaxing by the pool area, although it was crowded, it am planning to come back in the near future.

Unsettling experience. This hotel took our IDs at check-in and failed to return them. After realizing they were missing, we called the hotel and were told they “didn’t have them” and would call us back if they turned up — which never happened, as they made no real effort to help.

We were forced to drive all the way back across the island because they were useless on the phone. The moment we arrived, the receptionists clearly knew we were missing our IDs and acted like nothing had happened. In the end, they handed them back with no real explanation or apology.

The whole situation felt sketchy, careless, and dishonest — without any concern given to personal identification documents that we needed in order to travel off the island.
