Un sejur minunat, relaxant și plin de surprize plăcute.

Curățenia, atmosfera și împrejurimile au fost deosebite. Mâncarea foarte bună, atât micul dejun cât și cina. Camerele bine izolate fonic, iar personalul extrem de prietenos și atent. Am fost plăcut surprinși când, aflând că suntem în vacanță cu ocazia aniversării căsniciei, am primit două seri la rând mici atenții din partea lor. În plus, am avut parte de seri speciale cu spectacole de circ, magie și muzică live la cină, ceea ce a făcut sejurul și mai frumos. Plaja se află imediat la ieșirea din hotel, iar ambianța este foarte plăcută – la ora 12 era liniște deplină.

Cons:

Totul a fost bine, nu am avut nimic de reproșat.

Minha estadia teve pontos positivos, mas foi marcada por falhas no atendimento e infraestrutura.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, com diversas piscinas, ambiente cheiroso e limpo, e um café da manhã simplesmente maravilhoso. A aula de yoga foi excelente!

Cons:

O jantar não inclui água ou suco, e os valores cobrados à parte são bastante elevados. Já me hospedei em vários hotéis que oferecem jantar incluso com bebidas não alcoólicas incluídas. Solicitei cama de casal, mas recebi duas camas de solteiro juntas. Informei a recepção, que garantiu resolver o problema, mas isso não ocorreu. Além disso, o box do banheiro vazava água para o chão do quarto e a descarga quebrou às 22h, tendo sido necessário solicitar um técnico. O profissional foi muito gentil, mas foi incômodo ter que solicitar reparos durante a estadia. Como estava comemorando meu aniversário, deixaram um bilhete oferecendo um presente, porém, após diversas tentativas de contato e busca de informações na recepção, fui informado de que o setor responsável estava de folga e não recebi mais retorno, o que gerou uma expectativa frustrada. Outro ponto é que as piscinas fecham muito cedo no verão, às 19h, e acredito que deveriam funcionar até às 22h, horário em que normalmente se retorna da praia e dos passeios.

Naprosto vše bylo úžasné - rodinná dovolená (děti 12 a 8). Bazén, vynikající drinky, luxusní snídaně, vynikající jídlo v okolních restauracích, písečná pláž. V taxi dostupnosti aquarium se žraloky a vodními tunely, zoo s dolphine show, El Arenal aqualand, výlety lodí s grilovačkou,… minimum malých dětí, což jsme chtěli. Vedle luxusní bar a párty pro dospělé, na kterou si někteří dojeli vlastní luxusní lodí. A každé ráno na pláž najížděla služba komunálního odpadu, pláže a vše uklízeli.

Cons:

Občas někdo přebral a byl v noci hlučnější, i když party skončila.

J’ai récemment séjourné au Meliá South Beach et je dois dire que l’expérience a globalement été très agréable ! L’emplacement est parfait : juste au bord de la plage, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, et à proximité de Palma si on veut faire un peu de tourisme ou de shopping.

L’hôtel a un style très moderne et épuré, avec une ambiance à la fois chic et détendue. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, bien insonorisées, et la literie est très confortable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le balcon avec vue sur la mer — un vrai plus pour les couchers de soleil.

Le petit-déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des options aussi bien sucrées que salées. Le personnel était globalement sympathique
