The location is good

Cons:

The staff are lazy and not willing to move a finger for you. So lazy that the trash cans in the pool were cleaned once a day, you couldn’t talk with room service, they didn’t pick up the phone. Towel service only opened at 11. Everything that the hotel has to offer you have to pay an extra fee. The ac in the room didn’t work properly. The room wasn’t clean and they didn’t refuel coffee in the room, its only 1 per person per stay. It was a waste of money and time. It really messed up our experience at Mallorca.

Przyjazna i pomocna obsługa, wysoki standard hotelu w wersji level, kompleksowość, położenie hotelu tuż przy morzu, plaża z leżakami, kilka basenów do wyboru, atrakcje i różne aktywności dla dla gości jak i dzieci, przyjazność rodzinom z dziećmi, wybór restauracji hotelowych z muzyką na żywo

Cons:

Zwyczaje ludzi, którzy pomimo regulaminu i próśb personelu zajmowali ręcznikami już od rana leżaki na plaży i przy basenie. To jednak jest problem, który spotykamy nagminnie w większości hoteli.

struttura molto bella, camera sempre pulitissima.
Staff gentile e colazione TOP!
la struttura ha 3 piscine e spiaggia attaccata dove è possibile utilizzare i lettini, pagando ogni giorno la quota.

Cons:

L’unica cosa è che manca una doccia in spiaggia dove potersi lavare dal sale e le docce in piscina funzionano male.

Pros:

Мне понравился уровень «level” наличие закусок в течение дня , с маленьким ребёнком это удобно, проживание в номере с террасой и ванной в саду (все работало) наличие детского сада на территории отеля . Сын бежал туда с удовольствием, чего не скажешь про обычный садик. Хороший завтрак и есть неплохой ресторан с видом на море

Лестница , где невозможно было пройти с коляской с маленьким ребёнком, но персонал всегда помогал подняться и спуститься

La ubicación, el personal de recepción muy amable y la habitación. Hotel muy recomendable.

Cons:

El desayuno era bueno, el problema era la falta de mesas, poco espacio y la mayoria al sol. También había problemas con las tumbonas de la piscina, la gente las cogía y luego no las utilizaba. No pudimos estar en la piscina. Tendría que tomar medidas con estos aspectos. Por lo demás todo bien
