I stayed in this hotel for several days. The location is gorgeous, with its own access to the public beach. The territory has everything you need, there are also several swimming pools, employees monitor and clean the territory. I also want to mention the breakfasts that are offered in the hotel, very tasty and there is food for every taste! I had a problem with the safe, the reception responded quickly, everything was fixed within 15 minutes! I was also pleasantly surprised that the hotel congratulates the birthday people on their birthday, bringing champagne, a piece of delicious cake, as well as a postcard that they write by hand! I would like to come back here, the atmosphere is very pleasant and calm! Thank you very much!

The swimming pool is lovely and right by the beach but bizarrely you can’t use the pool until 10am which I have never seen before

Cons:

The aircon did not work… it never went below 22 degrees in our room when outside was boiling. Clearly they have an issue there as the staff at reception spoke to me like an idiot and told me “it’s Mallorca” which is rubbish… it should be able to be colder in a room when it’s 32 degrees outside. Our room was so hot and for what we paid it shouldn’t be. I’ve been to hotels in boiling countries and never been told such rubbish about the aircon.

Pros:

Практически все. Шикарная территория, комфортная постель, ошеломительный вид из номера. Брали ужин и завтрак- просто великолепно! Пляж отличный, лежаки начиная с 25 по 60 евро(один лежак). Рядом в отели играет музыка- только днем, не мешает - даже создает настроение. Автобусная остановка прямо перед отелем, если есть желание поехать погулять в Пальму. Спа-салон - делали массаж- 110 евро - получили массу удовольствия, рекомендую.

Cons:

Некоторые работники могли бы быть немного приветливее и вежливее. Это касается персонала с рецепции и завтрака. Остался неприятный осадок.

Ten hotel uratował naszą rocznicę ślubu i z miejsca stał się jednym z naszych ulubionych miejsc na świecie! Od momentu przekroczenia progu czuliśmy się niesamowicie zaopiekowani. Ogromną i cudowną niespodzianką był dla nas program The Level – nawet nie zdawaliśmy sobie sprawy, że mamy go w pakiecie! Dostęp do prywatnej strefy, ekskluzywnego basenu, genialnych drinków i pysznych przekąsek w ciągu dnia dał nam poczucie totalnego luksusu, intymności i spokoju, którego tak bardzo potrzebowaliśmy po wcześniejszych przebojach.

Sam hotel jest niezwykle stylowy, nowoczesny i położony tuż przy pięknej plaży. Pokój (Penthouse) zapierał dech w piersiach – widoki na morze, design, czystość i dbałość o każdy detal były na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa jest przemiła, profesjonalna i wyprzedza każdą myśl gościa. Cudowne baseny, genialna atmosfera i relaks, o jakim marzyliśmy.

Cons:

To, że musieliśmy stamtąd wyjechać! Wszystko było absolutnie perfekcyjne.
