my advise choose a different hotel dont come here
Pros:

Breakfast lasted until 11:00, but when I arrived at nine, they said there was no bread left. The service was always very slow, and everything at the buffet was gone. The room wasn't being cleaned, but they would leave the cleaning supplies by my bedside before leaving; perhaps they wanted me to do it.

Cons:

I do not recommend going to this hotel. The bathroom floor was covered in hair. They didn't replace the towels even though we constantly requested them. They didn't even offer drinking water, despite us staying in a suite with breakfast included. The room I booked, supposedly with a balcony, turned out to be a French balcony. We upgraded to a new room and vacated it in the morning, but they only moved us to the new room in the late afternoon. We waited in the lobby for hours. The staff didn't even look at you when you spoke to them. The air conditioning in our room didn't work for days; we called a plumber, and then the electricity went out completely. We waited in the room for half an hour, called reception, and they hung up on us. When I went downstairs and spoke to people face-to-face, they said they could move us to another room, but nobody helped and we were hastily moved to some other ridiculous room.

Calitate minimă la un preț foarte ridicat
Pros:

Am avut Junior Suit ( 2 adulți și 2 copii) care are suprafață destul de mare și o terasă generoasă. Compartimentarea lasă de dorit deoarece nu conferă intimitate. Tot spațiul este comun

Cons:

- parcarea costă 30 euro/ zi - ai posibilitatea în afara gratis
- de fiecare dată când luam masa trebuia să aștept cca 30 min
- o sticlă de apă 1l costă 6 euro - nu ai apa inclusă
- personalul nu se comporta corespunzător
- mâncarea lasă de dorit (nepreparată corespunzător și meniu sărac)

čistota v izbách, upratovanie v izbach bolo perfektné-na 10, veĺmi dobré raňajky

špinavé výťahy nikto neupratoval, na počet hostí málo lehátok pri bazéne, minimum slnečníkov, lehátka pri bazénoch znečistené vtáčím trusom. Na stromoch pri bazénoch vtáky, osrali nám osušku. Slabá ponuka v reštauráciách a nekonečne pomalá obsluha

L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le buffet: Nous avons eu une expérience Malheureuse car les allergènes contenu dans les plats au buffet ne sont pas affichés.
Cependant le personnel a très bien réagi et ils ont ete à l’écoute afin de trouver une solution pour que le reste ne notre séjour puisse se passer en toute sécurité.

Une seule chose à dire incroyable. L’emplacement parfait, l’hôtel en lui même rien à dire ça vaut son prix. Le personnel au top. La qualité de service au top également. Merci pour la décoration de la chambre 😅 c’était incroyablement beau. Je recommande fortement.

Для нашего первого отдыха на Майорке ,мы впечатлены .Но цена и качество не сильно соответствует,хотя уровень отеля очень

Сауна не открыта постоянно ,нужно на рецепции просить .Шум вытяжек .Нет бесплатной воды на ужине
Вода 3-5 евро ,это самое необходимое при жаре
