Good location and very clean
Pros:

Great location nice view.

Cons:

Traffic was quite noisey. Queen bed was a bit soft for me.

Pros:

Staff,location and lovely breakfast .

Cons:

Wardrobe was only suitable for a short stay not a week for 2 people. The little fridge was in the wardrobe which limited storage so some of our stuff had to be laid out in the room.

Cons:

Washer and dryer were free to use but the dryer didn't dry anything even after 3 hours of use with a small load. Tried different settings, all of them seemed cold.

No hair dryer in room Curtain s need replacing
Cons:

Having stayed in both room 4 & 5 at different times I find the lighting outside very bright & the rooms have old blinds & see through curtains Both these rooms need block out curtains The door handles on the shower need replacing with a handle you can get a hold on to open the door My wife & I both had to get hold of the top of the shower door to open The hook beside the sink is unusable to hang a hand towel on . No hairdryer in the room & reception had to close whilst she looked for one . We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the years & I feel maintenance is not happening.

Pleasant stay in great location for Prince of Wales Hospital.
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Ceiling had mould, couldn’t smell any damp so maybe not a big issue. Could do with a clean and repaint, then would be perfect. Bathroom window loose in its frame so rattled loudly in breeze. Needs to be packed with a bit of foam maybe.
