Not what we were expecting for the price.
Pros:

Location was great, close to hospital, public transport with plenty of food options

Cons:

Rooms need a good deep clean. Sand still in the shower. Food on the cutains near the table. Room not serviced for 3 days over Easter break.
Drier unplugged and locked with my washing still in there well before curfew time.

Location is the best.
Pros:

Located less than 100meters from Randwick hospitals, the tram stop and in the main street of Randwick ; it’s the perfect place to stay if you are visiting or with someone in the hospital - everything is so close!

Cons:

The fittings, decor and courtyard are a bit tired.

Pros:

The room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable

Cons:

I asked for the disabled room but still had to walk up stairs from the car park as the car park next to the disabled room was always taken. Very noisy from people walking by.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Lovely old style hotel with character. Very good stay.

Cons:

Nothing bad but bathroom door and wardrobe door didn't shut properly and ,although this had nothing to do with hotel , the manhole outside took a bit of getting used to with traffic driving over it.

Nice stay in lovely area Randwick. Hotel across the street from Light rail.
Pros:

We did not have breakfast. Plenty of options around the area.

Cons:

Nothing really it was an old building so everything was as expected. Only stairs to rooms so mobility issues could be a problem.

Lurline stay at Randwick
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and big. I stayed 3 nights by myself with a 4th night with my husband.

The staff were very friendly and help me with extra nights accommodation that I needed.

The position of the property was excellent close to the hospital where my husband was in.

Cons:

The shower needed a curtain around it to prevent water going on clothes and towels.

Pros:

The location is great. Near to the light rail that brings you to the city centre. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby

The location is excellent, with the beach, supermarket, and light rail station all within close proximity.
Breakfast coupons at a nearby cafe which is a very popular place among locals and serves excellent food.

Cons:

Not very clean. Marks on the wall. Saw cockroach in the room. Passing cars can be heard at night.
