Breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable. The toilet flush filling up was a a bit noisy and could do with a silent filler fitting. Bedside lighting controls need to be on both sides of the bed!
The towel ornament and card on the bed for our arrival was amazing!

Great location. Rooms were comfortable. Best shower I've experinced while traveling. Staff super attentive. Pillows were to large propping up head into a uncomfortable.

スタッフのホスピタリティと施設は素晴らしかったです。とくにシャワーか見たこともないハイテクて貴重な体験でした。ただ時間帯によってはシャワーの水温が全く上がらないことがあります。また、深夜に近隣の飲食店から爆音がするので、なかなか毎日寝付けませんでした。総合的には凄くいいホテルです。

Pulled up in a downpour to an unbrella and they handled the luggage. Service remained that level for the stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with modern touches. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made it perfect for a restful night’s sleep.

The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and professional.

What impressed me the most from the very beginning was the warmth and attentiveness of the entire team. Despite being busy, they always greeted guests with genuine smiles and took the time to listen and assist. That kind of thoughtful service made me feel truly welcomed and appreciated.
The hotel is new, so everything is sparkling clean and modern. I loved the room design, cozy, relaxing, and thoughtfully arranged. My favorite part was the bathroom. Although not very spacious, it felt private and well-designed, offering a sense of comfort and intimacy.
Breakfast was delicious, and taking a walk around the hotel in the evening was a lovely way to explore the area, as it’s conveniently located in the heart of the city.

Overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. I want to sincerely thank the amazing team at Kin for their hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
