Location was great
Happy hour was shorten to 5-630.
The location was great and very convenient.
The room was clean in some area but there was hair in the shower and loads of crumbs in the pull-out sofa. There was only a flat sheet and a blanket in the room for the pull-out couch — no extra pillows or fitted sheet to cover the crummy sofa bed.
We booked this for our family holiday as a package deal from UK to visit Disney and Universal parks. Id rate it as OK and thats about it but some minor things that could make it a lot better. Our room service to be blunt was shocking. Missed for 5 days despite continuously asking the front desk why it was not being done. We apparently got an upgrade for snacks each day. This was also missed on a number of occasions. We did receive a voucher for the restaurant because of 4 missed room services but the following day room service was missed again resulting in another trip to the front desk.
Hotel wise, clean, pool OK although water very salty, gym ok but very small, games room tiny, breakfast good, restaurant ok but only dined there once. The hotel itself when walking around is very cold. I feel the hotel is better suited for business people and it was very busy with a week long conference. Location wise for the parks it was ok, however being on I4 it did take up to 40 minutes some days to visit parks due to traffic.
Would I stay here again if I visit Florida - No. Id look for somewhere better located to parks and a little more family orientated.

We love this location and hotel. We consider this our home away from home, feel at home when we arrive and like we are with family each and every time we arrive. Pedro, Joseph, Fatima, Nicole and all associates are very kind, and take great care of us. The breakfast is outstanding, cleanliness is perfect, grounds are well taken of rooms are very comfortable. We have never heard anyone say a bad thing and most times love it just as much as we do. We had the pleasure of meeting Tony for the first time, what a guy! We are grateful to stay with them and appreciate everything they for their guests.
Easily accessible to restaurants and stores.
The rail parking rate, it should be either reduced or removed completely. Not to mention the parking rate is the same no matter where on the property lot you find a space.

No nos arreglaron la habitacion el 17 de julio. Cuando llegamos no habian tendido las camas ni habian cambiado las toallas. La solucion fue subirnos toallas limpias y decir que nos iban a dar trato VIP para que nos arreglaran el cuarto todos los dias, cuando ese es uno de los servicios que ofrecen.

I have stayed at this property numerous times over the past 10 years while in town with the family, or for business. It became my go-to spot in the area due to the top notch customer service, and guest experience, I would consistently give them a 5-star rating. What I will tell you, is it seems that this property has had a management change towards the end of 2025. My visits since then have seen numerous staff changes, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the crew that was taking care of the grounds. That top notch customer service, and guest experience started slipping around April, and after my recent visit in July, had declined even more. It seems like there is no passion in the current crew, and it gives off the feeling of I am here to do my job, and then punch out. I went for several walks during my recent stay in the early mornings, and after saying hi to the front desk clerk, was only acknowledged on two of the mornings, and on one of them the gentleman had his head buried watching videos on his phone. Several mornings when we went down for breakfast some of the tables were not fully cleaned, with dried egg or remnants of syrup still on them, again, I had never noticed this before, the staff was always attentive, and showed pride in keeping this place in tip top shape. There was one morning we headed down for breakfast, and there was still broken up cheez-its on the floor, and plates from the previous nights evening reception still on a few of the tables. It is sad to see what was an awesome location, start to have a downfall like this. In the past, I even reached out to Hilton saying this property should be the benchmark, and staff should be sent here for training. That, sadly is not the case anymore.
