Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Location, ab bestimmten Temperaturen wird es kritisch.
Pros:

Eine tolle Lage in der Innenstadt, nur einige Schritte vom Neckar, wunderbar der dazugehörige Biergarten, geräumig das Zimmer, sauber,das Personal sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt!

Cons:

Es muss im Hotelgewerbe ein Umdenken einsetzen, und zwar dort, wo es noch nicht geschehen ist, so auch in diesem Hotel: Für die Zukunft sind Klimaanlagen unumgänglich, das Aufstellen eines Ventilators allein wird bei den Temperaturen, die während unseres Aufenthaltes außerhalb und innerhalb des Hotelzimmers herrschten, nicht mehr ausreichen!

Pros:

Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Personal bzw. der Empfang waren wirklich sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Am Morgen wurde wohl die schmutzige Bettwäsche mit Rollwagen auf dem Pflaster transportiert. Da wir sommerliche Temperaturen hatten und mit geöffnetem Fenster geschlafen haben war dies extrem störend!

Super plek in het centrum van de Aldstad, parkeerplek, ontbijt en restaurant. En vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het was erg warm. Er was geen airco, wat op zich geen probleem hoeft te zijn als de ventilatoren werken. Dat deden ze niet. Ook de koelkast leek niet te werken.

Accessible hotel with a little lacking
Pros:

It was in the centre of the city, easy bus and train access. Lots of restaurants in the surroundings to eat. Easy to go to the castle and old bridge.

Cons:

Very busy streets as it's a touristic place. No kettle in the room, therefore you cannot make your own tea/coffee anytime you want. It was very hot, there was no AC and the fan was not enough to cool down the the heat... Could not sleep well due to hot weather.

Gutes Hotel
Pros:

Großes Zimmer, soweit sauber, es gab eine kostenlose 1 Liter Flasche Wasser.
Die Lage ist ideal, nur wenige Minuten zum Schloss und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten
Frühstück Buffet war lecker, man kann Eier bestellen, welche direkt zubereitet werden

Cons:

Im Sommer sind die Zimmer, aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage, etwas ungemütlicher, es gab leider nur einen kleinen Ventilator. Der Fernseher im Raum ist etwas klein.
Die Zutrittskarten für das Zimmer bzw die Tür zum Hotel funktionieren manchmal nicht, man muss es manchmal mehrfach versuchen, bis die Karte gelesen wird.
Frühstück war mit 20€ pro Person etwas teuer, die Auswahl am Buffet war leider nicht sehr groß.

De kamer heeft geen airco of luchtsysteem. De fan die op de kamer stond werkte redelijk maar was wel aan de kleine kant.

Great propoerty and very happy we stayed there
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here despite the heat being unseasonably hot. The staff were terrific, especially the folks in the restaurant in the evening we stayed. Close to the centre of old town and the castle. They do have parking close by buut be warned the height restriction is 1.9m so many SUV's may not fit.

Cons:

A larger fan in the room would have been nice

La posizione centrale

Cons:

Pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni non sufficiente . Puzza nelle scale che penso non siano mai state pulite. Scale piccole e ripide non comode per portare le valigie. Stanze lontane dalla reception. Subito dopo aver prenotato comunicano di non aver posto nel parcheggio dell’hotel e abbiamo dovuto utilizzarne uno a pagamento.

Quaint hotel over a lovely local brewery/restaurant!
Pros:

It was very close to the river and to the center of the Altstadt. It had good bus and tram connections. We also liked the brewery/restaurant below!

Cons:

Sadly there was no A/C, and we were on the 2nd floor during a heat wave (37C/ 99F), which meant that an otherwise wonderful stay was far less comfortable as the room was really hot. They did provide a big, powerful fan, however, which helped a bit, but it was a struggle…
