Posizione perfetta nel centro storico e camere molto curate
Pros:

Hotel in posizione eccellente, nel pieno centro storico di Heidelberg, con il ristorante della struttura situato proprio accanto. L'edificio è molto bello, ben tenuto e impeccabilmente pulito. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile.
La camera era spaziosa, molto pulita e arredata con cura. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato sul letto un gradito pensiero di benvenuto: un pacchetto di caramelle e un cioccolatino, un dettaglio davvero apprezzato.
L'unico aspetto meno positivo è che la camera risultava piuttosto calda nonostante tutto fosse spento. Inoltre, essendo presenti solo tende oscuranti e non tapparelle, al mattino entrava abbastanza luce, un dettaglio che potrebbe dare fastidio a chi preferisce dormire nel buio completo.
La struttura accetta anche gli animali domestici con un supplemento. Non dispone di parcheggio interno, ma offre la possibilità di prenotare in anticipo un posto auto coperto a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole che consiglio per la posizione, la pulizia e l'attenzione riservata agli ospiti

Restaurant concierge treated us like a random walk in, not paying hotel guests. Not very helpful.
