Il soggiorno è stato ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Le camere erano pulite e curate, con cambio quotidiano della biancheria da letto e da bagno.
Un ringraziamento speciale per la disponibilità dimostrata il giorno della partenza: avendo il volo di ritorno alle 18:00, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di effettuare il check-out più tardi e ci è stato gentilmente concesso di restare fino alle 14:00.
Ottima anche la colazione, varia e di qualità. Consigliamo assolutamente questa struttura e torneremo volentieri! 😊

Le pedimos al chico de recepción un cepillo de dientes y no nos los dio, dijo noque no había. minutos después entró una compañera en el cambio de turno y curiosamente ella si nos lo proporcionó.

Gedateerd hotel met goede faciliteiten.
Pros:

De locatie vlakbij Casa da Musica en op wandelafstand van het historische centrum. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en de kamers waren zeer proper.

Cons:

Alles was tip-top in orde. Het hotel is wel een beetje verouderd, maar het comfort is nog steeds goed. Het ontbijtbuffet was wat beperkt in keuze (geen warme opties).

Excelente localização. Funcionários simpáticos e boas condições em geral.

Cons:

O hotel descreve no seu site uma parceria com o parque de estacionamento Península que custa 8€ por 24h. No entanto, não são 24 horas e não é em qualquer horário. Apenas é válido até à hora do check-out.
