Eigentlich ist es eine Frühstückspension oder ein Hotel garni. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und auch individuelle Wünsche werden erfüllt. Für ein Hotel fehlt aber die Möglichkeit, mal was zu trinken. dafür steht allerdings ein Selbstbedienungskühlschrank mit sehr günstigen Preisen zur Verfügung

Die Lage zum Königssee

Cons:

Sehr veraltete Zimmereinrichtung, von den Möbeln über die Vorhänge zum Teppich. Eine mobile sehr laute Klimaanlage. Das Bad war zwar saniert aber, schiefe und kaputte Halterungen. Die Außenanlage, wenn man sie so bezeichnen kann, war zugemüllt, dreckig und sehr ungepflegt. Man muss auch mal investieren.
