THE GUY THAT CHECK US IN AND OUT WAS POLITE. THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN & QUITE.
WE WELL BE BACK.
We were charged $25 cash for a pet. There were roaches in the room and the faucets in the tub were coming off the wall. We will not be staying here again.
Problem checking in thought it was due name issue but had problems getting towels for four people that was listed on checkin no at desk, ice machine broke and was sitting talking with family in lobby waiting on kids to come out and manager told me time to check out at 10:45 inn was not full this is not the same friendly people when we stayed couple of years before.

Everything was fine except the window facing an alley was broken and the screens were thrown by the fence. Was a bit scary.

The hotel is convenient to the highway. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive.
Not A 5 Star. Bathroom was dirty. Security door lock broken. Had to change rooms and second room security door lock was also broken.

The first key wouldnt work, room changed. to a corner downstairs room. The t.v wouldnt work, there was no way to make a hot drink, it was cold, the heater did work. No tissues in room. It was very basic, ok if thats all you want.

It is so close to our son's house. It is an older hotel, but owner was very nice.It could use some updating. Bed was comfortable.

We were extremely tired from a long drive, but pleasantly surprised that the room was super clean and comfortable. Keep up the good work. I would recommend your hotel to anyone.
Clean, quiet, and friendly
I have use Hotels.com for several years now and this hotel was the cleanest one I have stayed in. Not that the other ones were bad this one just stood out. Check in girl was very cheerful and polite. Ganado is the sleepiest town I've ever been in but still convenient to my event in Edna just five minutes away. That and Brookshire Bros grocery store literally next door.
