I was very happy with everything to do with the stay.
Pros:

Was awesome. Hot fresh and ready on time.

Cons:

AC has a slight rattle when it shuts off no big deal. Sleep like a king.

Terrible Customer Service
Pros:

Relaxed overnight and family breakfast.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet. Breakfast had several choices that I liked--yogurt and breakfast cereals, cinnamon rolls, and bacon. My husband liked being able to use the exercise facility. The young woman at the front desk was very nice and efficient when we checked in.

Cons:

Breakfast was average. Maybe the reason some of the foods were empty was because there was a basketball team having breakfast before we got there. Eventually the bacon, the bananas, the cinnamon rolls, and pancake batter were replenished, but it took awhile. I'm not crazy about fake scrambled eggs. I would have liked hard boiled eggs instead.
