Location, breakfast,
Everything was good except for thin walls and roof-could hear everything
Nothing
The front desk lady (Zhaney) was the most disrespectful, uneducated, rude, and lack of manners. The hotel room was uncomfortable and the a/c was not cooling. Someone came I. To check on it and he said that he could give us a fan if we wanted one??? The re was a lot of loud noises late at night in the hallway and we called the front desk and the lady said that she couldn’t do nothing about it that people are checking in and there’s nothing to be done.
Very nicely located to town -we walked everywhere! Great restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean!
Nothing!
AC not able to keep room cool, meaning neither of us slept well for either of our nights. At checkout, didn't even ask about our stay. Once told about the AC, made no attempt to offer any accommodation or even address the issue other than to make a snotty comment. Luckily Charleston itself was nice. Will come back, but NOT HERE!
Close and convenient to restaurants and to the cruise ship terminal
The toilet was dirty on the side by the tub
Everything was fine
The employees are great and they make all of the difference! The hotel is still in a pretty bad neighborhood. We were able to park down the street in public parking near the bus depot. I am sure that if you could secure safe parking, or better valet parking, your guests would enjoy that very much! There are some safety issues on the street!
So clean, fresh. Feels like brand new building!
I like the huge lobby. They have some cool furniture. The front desk employees were great. Any question I had about anything they figured it out for me and were happy to help. I liked the room, it was just right. So my wife and I went down stairs to the bar! We had the bar to ourselves that night. Kiera the bartender that evening. She was the greatest. We had such a fun time hanging out with her. The next day it rained so we just ordered a pizza and relaxed in the room. I liked that it had a desk. Everyone was super friendly. The next night we needed a couple trash bags, tp, they we down the hall and made an extra trip for. She was the other one in the restaurant and bar. She was a huge help. Perfect distance to the store.
There is one thing I didn’t like at all! Parking! I’ve paid to park before but $35 a day. It costs us $105 Those prices are so expensive that it can cost up to the amount of another room. But that was the only part I didn’t like.
PARKING PRICES.
Front desk lady rude, need customer service training
