Pros:

El desayuno, el apartamento era mas grande de lo que pensaba.

Cons:

Me cobraron 50$ por noche por una cuna cuando me habían dicho que 50$ era el precio total.
El colchón no era muy cómodo.

Great boutique hotel that could greatly improve customer service to make guests feel valued, welcomed and wanting to ret
Pros:

Artsy, historic and interesting space. Great decor. Attention to detail from the lobby to the rooms.

Cons:

Check in was insulting. The front desk waited until EXACTLY 3pm to check in over a dozen people sitting in the lobby. There was a line and it was indifferent and insulting to not go ahead and check in guests a few minutes early when there were clearly available rooms.

De locatie is uitstekend maar het hotel is enorm gehorig.
Pros:

Uitstekende ligging: het hotel ligt in Greenpoint, een aangename buurt met veel leuke restaurants en een gezellige sfeer. Je wandelt vaak over de brug als je de metro zal nemen, van daaruit heb je steeds een prachtig zicht over de skyline.

Goede bereikbaarheid: je verblijft buiten de grootste drukte, maar dankzij de nabijgelegen metro geraak je toch vlot op andere plaatsen in New York.

Weinig geluid van buitenaf: ondanks onze kamer op de tweede verdieping hadden we verrassend weinig last van straatlawaai.

Cons:

Enorm veel lawaai binnen het hotel: de geluidsisolatie is bijzonder slecht. De muren zijn erg dun en er zat een grote spleet tussen de kamerdeur en de gang, waardoor je vrijwel elk gesprek uit de naburige kamers kunt horen.

Veel geluid van andere gasten: wanneer iemand in een aangrenzende kamer een douche neemt of de lavabo gebruikt, word je daar gemakkelijk wakker van, zowel vroeg in de ochtend als laat op de avond.

Luid ventilatiesysteem: het systeem maakte zoveel lawaai dat we het moesten uitschakelen om te kunnen slapen. Ook de koelkast hebben we om die reden uitgezet.

Smalle bedden: de bedden waren vrij smal. Ze werden op Booking.com wel correct als queensize bedden vermeld, dus dit was eerder een kwestie van onze eigen foute verwachtingen als Europese reizigers.

Will not Recommend the hotel and will not be returning, will stay elsewhere in brooklyn
Pros:

Breakfast was not sufficient. Coffee was not made, food was not put at appropriate times. Closed for a private party at 9:30 am without notice. Front desk person was rude and obnoxious upon our arrival.

Cons:

Front desk person on greeting us was rude. Should not be in this business.
Manager Christina was helpful and kind.

Great location, spacious rooms and helpful staff
Pros:

Such a great location. As a visa tie with young children loved the ease into Manhattan on the 7 train (10 min walk over bridge then one stop to Grand Central). Also local neighbourhood great to explore.

Pros:

Staff was all very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Cons:

Room did feel kind of dark and dingy. It was right next to the laundry and so was quite noisy from comings and goings. To be clear this is NOT an issue with noise level of staff. They are working and should have the space to do what they need to do. My issue is more that this would have been helpful to know where this room was located and should have been priced accordingly. Disappointed that this was not communicated anywhere and for sure impacted my experience.

Pros:

Great staff, stylish accommodations, good breakfast

Cons:

There was a leak in the sink, and the staff offered to send someone --it was late on a Saturday night, and they were unable to deliver a repair person--they did offer to switch our room, but we had already settled in.

The staff handled this unusual situation well, but it was inconvenient, since we couldn't use the sink and had to use the one in the kitchen area.

Schönes Hotel mit recht guter Anbindung- Subway und NY ferry
Pros:

Schöne Lobby, außergewöhnlich
Küchenzeile war prima;
Zimmer war groß mit schönen hohen Decken
Frühstück war lecker

I will not come back.
Pros:

Hotel with a nice style.

Cons:

Service is pretty horrible. For 400$ a night the hotel can assure rooms are serviced and cleaned. It was not done twice. Staff was not very helpful. The hotel also hosts weddings which do not allow guests to rest until very late because of the noise. Guests are never told of this beforehand.
