Great choice
Pros:

Excellent location, short (and with a view) walk from the subway station, 1 stop to Grand Central and 3 to Times Square.
Very nice and spacious apartment, 2 beds divided by a small wall so some privacy is provided.
Yummy breakfast.

Cons:

Windows in our room couldn’t open and there was very little daylight coming in but despite this we had a great time

Pros:

Für NY Verhältnisse sehr große, geräumige Zimmer mit Kleiderschrank. Gemütliches Bett und stylischer Einrichtung. Zur Subway nur 10 Minuten zufuß oder zur Fähre Greenpoint (wird nie bei Maps angezeigt, lohnt sich sehr!) Frühstück hatten wir nicht, da es überall genug Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung gibt.

Cons:

Minimale Abzüge gibt es, weil es nur einmal Wasser kostenfrei auf dem Zimmer gab und das Zimmer sehr staubig war. Außerdem war die Rooftop Terrasse dauerhaft geschlossen. Ansonsten alles super, wir würden wieder buchen!

Good location for reasonable price, nice and helpful staff, cute balcony.

Cons:

Quite a lot of dust in the room, little window to the bathroom is unnecessary in my opinion.

The location.
Nothing else. !!!

Cons:

No replacement of water in the room when used.

Dirty towels .. Towels with lipstick on it....
So it looked like me the Towels where not new/used..

Used three Towels before I realised. 🤮
I left my used Towels on the ground....
And next the Towels are back up NOT replaced. 🤢🤮🤢🤢

Next No bar service for most of the week !!!!!
Just closed.
Even with the Blizzard 😡🤬
So had to go out in that weather and try to get food and a drink. !!!!

il design molto carino

Cons:

la mia stanza non aveva gli oscuranti ed entrava la luce sia del giorno che dei lampioni notturni
si sentivano tutti i rumori della strada
il bagno non aveva spazio per gli oggetti personali e il materasso non era comodissimo
colazione piacevole ma con pochissima scelta e sempre identica e con una logistica non molto confortevole

Nice hotel, but would be great if you could address issues above.
Pros:

Beautiful property, great location.

Cons:

The bed was only full size, a bit small for two tall people. The HVAC system made a lot of noise and hard to regulate.
