Quirky hotel in a quiet, safe area of Brooklyn
Pros:

Quirky hotel with lots of interesting features. Good location between 2 subway stations 10-15 min from each other

Cons:

Room cleaning was a bit rushed. Sometimes only bed was made, but the bins were not emptied and the floor not cleaned

A beautiful experience with the family for my sons wedding.
Pros:

All was great… I reserved 3 rooms. My room was great but for two older people as we are a full size bed wasn’t comfortable …. However we made the best of it.

Over priced. More than twice the cost of of our February stay in the same hotel. Holiday price?
Pros:

The whole family was in the hotel for a reunion and that was great, and my son, has wife with two small children were upgraded to a large suite which was wonderful.

Cons:

-The lighting in my room, 214, is dim, and there is no lamp on the desk, so trying to read and work was challenging.
-The refrigerator was set so low - not by me, it was set to a low temperature before we arrived and we didn't know it -- that my Coca Cola cans froze and one burst making a mess inside the fridge, and our fruit was frozen solid, effectively destroying it. When I reported the matter upon checking out, the young lady on duty said, "Sorry about that." Nothing more.

Pros:

The location is perfect for exploring Greenpoint. Excellent service, clean, unique rooms. The city view with balcony was amazing. Would absolutely stay again.

For the value in Greenpoint, Its ok. I would stay again if I needed to, but def not on my own accord

It was very clean.

Cons:

The front desk was not the best. They asked if I was with the wedding, and I said yes, but they gave me someone elses wedding gift bag. There was no blanket or extra pillow in the room, which should be standard. The room viewed the highway. The balcony was not nice, and needs a face lift. the room decor could be nice but bad taste in artwork. Yikes.

Disappointing, I paid for services that were never delivered rendered.
Cons:

My parents and I were guests at your hotel on April 11. I’m reaching out to you with concerns and a complaint. Unfortunately, due to the constant foul odor of water sewage gases, we were unable to shower, brush our teeth or drink the water. Gina at the front desk suggested I email you with these concerns. I was charged for services we did not receive. There were no resolutions at time of checkout and I was advised by the 2 gentleman with maintenance that they will also report this to you as they also expressed and confirmed our concern. This a violation with the health department. We also did not sleep due to the balcony door not locking until a gentleman came to our room to show us the “trick” which we were not advised of at time of check in. Requesting a refund at this time. Please advise. Update 4/19/26: I emailed the manager Kristina on 4/12/26 but have yet to hear a reply; called Hotel to follow up on 4/15 and was advised mangers were not in this week but that someone would have reply but as of today still nothing. Someone please advise I’m requesting a refund for paid services never rendered.

Very comfortable
Pros:

size of room was bigger than expected and very clean

Cons:

I would have liked to some king of shelf in the bathroom to place items on. It was a pedestal sink that could barely hold the bottle of provided soap.

Pros:

Personel bardzo miły, szczególnie Dennise i Ray. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, ogólnie atmosfera i wystrój hotelu bardzo przyjemne. Codziennie można było nalać sobie kawy przy recepcji, co jest super. W pokoju też duży wybór herbat i dwie kawy do ekspresu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, 3 stacje do time square. Okolica bardzo bezpieczna, dużo fajnych knajp i park. Można zrobić sobie długi spacer z Greenpoint do północnej części Williamsburga i tam też jest bardzo fajna atmosfera.

Cons:

Wentylator w pokoju robi dużo hałasu, klimatyzacja też. Było trochę kurzu na meblach, jeśli ktoś ma alergię może to przeszkadzać.
