Dated needs revamping

Værste hotellet jeg har bodd på. Reservasjonen vår blitt slettet. Tok kjempe lagt til for å ordne at vi faktisk fikk ett rom. Det var klamt, møkkete, aircondition skrudde seg av hele tiden, sofaen var flekkete og ekkel. Det var hull under døra så det kom mark og andre dyr inn.

Staff would say they would do something. Fix the tv, bring bottles of water then they would not until you went to reception. Then the truth would come out. Water delivery not arrived yet, no remote for TV and TV would not turn on ... Small issues in the scheme of things. But indicates why it's rated so poorly.
Saying that the staff are still great just need better management and staff training

About property? NO AT ALL, they supposed to maintain their hotel or they should closed it, since the hotel is not even deserving to have 1 star. But they have a good staff, they know their mistake thats why they nice to all guest, please your hotel actually will be good if you clean and maintain properly (they know that their hotel is not clean and they relocated me to another hotel)

Dirty in general, no updates in years I guess

The staff seem to be mostly teenagers who seem to have little English and no idea of how to clean. After 2 days we asked to have our room cleaned and they seemed to think that was an odd request. Included breakfast was very poor, all cooked food was cold, no milk for coffee, no cereal and one of the mornings there wasn’t even bread for toasting!
Pool was poorly maintained and not clean.

Unkept, dirty, falling apart property, far below basic for 4 star. It should be no star!

The hotel wasn't very well maintained and the room was in a very bad state and mouldy in many places with broken glass from a bottle in the fridge that was never cleaned. Also the fridge didn't work. The first day we were not even provided a key for the room for the first few hours as the lock for the door was broken and not really repaired after that.

The place is under renovations. It feels older then the photos suggest

This hotel definitely misses the mark. Calling it a 4-star establishment feels like a stretch, perhaps it was at that level a decade and a half ago, but time has clearly taken its toll. The entire property feels dated, and the rooms are in serious need of some TLC. Maintenance seems to be a low priority. Overall, there's nothing that stands out in a positive way.

The management really needs to pay closer attention to the details that make or break a guest's stay. For example, our room's AC unit was missing a remote, and there was a concerning amount of mold present.

To top it off, the noise levels were unacceptable. Other guests were partying loudly with music and drinking until 3 in the morning. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, nothing was done to address the issue or even speak with the disruptive guests. Based on this experience, I certainly cannot recommend this hotel.
