According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Acomodação simples mas confortável, enxoval bom e ótimo café da manhã!!!
Otima localização, quarto bem limpo e arrumado.
Chegamos para fazer o check in 13:30h, tivemos que esperar dar 14h para o atendente INICIAR o processo de check in, porém como tinham muitas pessoas na fila para fazer o mesmo processo, acabou que fomos finalizar o check in ja era 14h40... acredito que poderiam pelo menos ter feito o processo buracrático de check in antes das 14h, para depois das 14h liberar o acesso aos quartos, ficou chato, várias pessoas esperando no saguão do hotel...
Outro ponto chato foi sobre a cordialidade da equipe, muita gente de mau humor e dando respostas secas para nós, acho que um time que recebe pessoas de férias/à passeio precisa ser treinada para ter mais paciencia e cordialidade com os hospedes.

Tem uma localização excelente de frente para a praia, tem um custo benefício razoável, a cama é bastante confortável e o café da manhã é perfeito.
Com certeza, eu vou me hospedar lá novamente.
Sentir falta de um saco de lixo em um cesto de lixo e sentir falta também de um tapete ou algum pano para o chão do banheiro, só na questão de manter o apto limpo. Contudo, a gente improvisou e deixou o mais organizado possível.
