La Camintha was being renovated. I chose this hotel because it was in a quiet beautiful village with stunning views.( I went up there to see the village and hotel) This was meant to be the highlight of my trip! I was however moved to a hotel on the main road that was noisy and not worth the money
I did not stay at this hotel which would have been so much better, but the hotel I was moved to was supposedly an upgrade! The noise from the guests until 1am/2am was ridicilous, the road noise awful. At 12 last night music was playing loudly and a TV blasting! No decent views and when I mentioned it was noisy I was told I know! The second day I told the male receptionist and he suggested I should have banged on their doors! No apology, no refund, despite not sleeping for 2 nights and to make it worse he called after me to pay city tax! The staff in breakfast room were lovely and the female receptionists. The beds wrre really hard. I did not want to pay more for the spa as well as this was rhe most expensive stay of my trip
It was closed when we arrived for renovation. They fortunately had rebook us at another hotel but then we had to change our hiking plans.
Byli jsme v jiném ubytování z důvodu rekonstrukce. Nemůžeme hodnotit.

L'hôtel de remplacement était proche du centre.
Nous aurions aimé être prévenu avant notre arrivée que l'hôtel la caminatha était fermé pour travaux plutôt que de l'apprendre sur place avec les informations sur la porte d'entrée pour être re-dirigé par le gérant vers un autre hôtel

Nous avons été envoyés dans un autre hôtel de même standing dans la vallée.
Nous n'avons pas été prévenus du changement par mail, mais le détour dans la montagne valait le coup.
Zuerst: Anfang Juni 2026 war das Hotel La Caminatha eine Baustelle und nicht bewohnbar. Ein Zettel auf Italienisch und Englisch informiert, stattdessen nach Mareson-Pecol ins Hotel Valgranda zu fahren. Dort konnten wir einchecken zu den Konditionen des La Caminatha. Das Personal des Valgranda war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auf mich machte es manchmal den Eindruck, das Personal des Valgranda kenne das Hotel selbst nicht genau, sei erst seit kurzer Zeit im Hotel tätig.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Bad hatte ne Badewanne.
Das Frühstück war landestypisch süss mit 3 Sorten Kuchen.
Wir hätten eine Stunde Zeit gespart, wenn im Vorfeld kommuniziert worden wäre, dass wir im Valgranda einchecken sollen.
Abendessen im Hotel besteht aus zwei je Zwei Gänge Menus zu je 25€. Die Qualität des Essens entsprach meiner Ansicht nach nicht dem Preis.
