Charming hotel

Charming hotel, beautiful surroundings. Very good food, exellent service. Cozy athmosfhere. Very good slopes. Close to hotel. A place I would be happy to return to.

A very good experience, the staff was very friendly and gave us the best service, we came late but they kept the kitchen open. And the food in their restaurant was really good based on the local traditional kitchen, we loved it. This is recommended

La posizione meravigliosa con le Dolomiti a tratteggiarne i contorni in una posizione molto tranquilla. Il personale dell’albergo molto gentile e pronto a risolvere ogni problema, il Maitre di sala Stefano la vera anima della struttura, simpaticissimo!

Cons:

Hotel senza troppe pretese, stanze poco insonorizzate, letto a mio avviso scomodo.

Če pridem v te kraje, se sigurno namestimo tu.
Pros:

Osebje zelo prijazno. Fenomanalna pozicija z razgledi vse naokoli, iz sobe in tudi iz jedilnice pri odličnem zajtrku. Še bi se vrnila. Nič nam ni manjkalo.

Das Zimmer glich eher einer Herberge: sehr einfach und klein, mit wenig Komfort.
Pros:

Positiv zu erwähnen ist die Ruhe und die gute Lage in den Alpen, die sich hervorragend für Aktivitäten im Freien eignet.

Cons:

Das angebotene „Hotelzimmer“ entsprach eher einer einfachen Herberge: die Ausstattung war sehr schlicht, das Zimmer klein und ohne den Komfort, den man normalerweise in einem Hotel erwartet. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es für uns nicht geeignet gewesen.
Wer nur eine einfache Übernachtungsmöglichkeit sucht, wird hier zufrieden sein – für Gäste mit höheren Ansprüchen ist die Unterkunft eher nicht geeignet.

Bel panorama, ottima posizione ma necessita di un restauro. Personale cortese.
Pros:

L'hotel ha una posizione ottima per fare varie escursioni. Il panorama è stupendo. La colazione è molto abbondante con alimenti freschi e vari sia dolci che salati. Il personale è gentile e ospitale.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'acqua sanitaria nel periodo in cui ho soggionato era tiepida dalle 7 di sera in poi e quindi la doccia non è stata per niente piacevole dopo una giornata al freddo. Il terrazzo è pericolante, necessita di un restauro. La cena è stata pessima con alimenti cotti male, senza sapore e freddi talmente tanto da stare male successivamente. Le prese della corrente non sono all'avanguardia. Per caricare il telefono ho dovuto utilizzare la presa in bagno o quella del televisore. Prezzi troppo alti per soggiornare in un posto così.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buffet della colazione tutto sommato accettabile, con una scelta sufficiente per iniziare la giornata.

Cons:

Camera con arredi molto datati e fatiscenti (comodini improvvisati con sgabelli di plastica, armadio vecchio). Insonorizzazione insufficiente: la porta comunicante con la stanza accanto lasciava passare chiaramente le conversazioni. Bagno anni ’70 e poco funzionale: lavandino intasato, spazio tra box doccia e WC troppo stretto, scomodo da usare. Prima sera macchie di dentifricio nel lavandino. Temperatura troppo bassa in tutti gli ambienti, anche comuni; seconda sera acqua della doccia solo tiepida. Servizi sotto tono: bar privo anche di snack semplici per l’aperitivo e macchina bevande in sala colazione spesso guasta.
