Cozy clean equipped home in peaceful place
Pros:

Extremely clean, I have never met such a cleanliness before in apartment, like a 5 stars hotel, and there are all these little details we have, and hospitality, very appreciated.
Apartment is simple, but very cosy and well-furnished, including the kitchen with dish washing machine. We have here all what we may need. Even washing machine at the reception. There is a big very comfortable bed and pillows too. Green patio, with garden furniture, in shadow (for summer is ok, I think so). Sirmione is amazing place, where I’d like to come again. Running, walking is super cool here. Silence. Peaceful.
Flavio e Valeria are very nice and smile persons, who provided 100% care of our staying. grazie!

Pros:

La cortesia di Flavio, l'accoglienza e gli omaggi in camera. Il giardinetto attorno all'appartamento per la nostra cagnolina.La comodirà del letto e l'ampiezza generale della location. Inoltre Ci è stata offerta la possibilità del check out anche nel tardo pomeriggio gratuitamente.Veramente consigliato

Pros:

Die Lage ist super, es gibt einen Supermarkt direkt nebendran und auch am See ist man in ungefähr 15 min.
Das Zimmer gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht.
Flavio wirklich ein super Gastgeber, er hat immer seine Hilfe angeboten und einfach super sympathisch. Genauso toll ist die kostenlose Fahrradausleihe, damit kann man super zu der Burg in Sirmione kommen.
Da es enorm viele Mücken gibt wird von der Unterkunft aus regelmäßig ein Mittel gesprüht, das hilft gut.

Cons:

Das Bad war im Schlafzimmer gelegen, was bisschen blöd ist wenn man zu 4 ist und immer durch das Schlafzimmer der anderen hindurch muss um ins Bad zu kommen.

Excelent option to explore Sirmione
Pros:

Location, very close to supermarket and restaurants.
The attention rendered by Mr. Flavio, the manager. He gasve us a lot of usefull information to explore Sirmione and places around.
Room was comfortable.
Option to use a washing machine at no extra cost.

Cons:

Очень приятные хозяева. Классное место! Сюда вернемся однозначно еще!
Pros:

Все очень функционально и комфортно!Хозяева классные!Приятно удивила бутылка просеко и огромный новогодний панетоне. Это было очень приятно! Все что просили , делалось мгновенно! На кухне много посуды,всего достаточно!Бесплатная стоянка перед домом тоже приятный бонус. Мы заехали чуть раньше на пару часов и выехали чуть позже, это было комфортно .В общем все отлично!!!

Cons:

Соседи из соседнего номера, которые в одну ночь шумели до двух часов ночи.) но это издержки праздников)

Cheap budget accommodation no complaints
Pros:

It’s a little far from the main place but it was relatively cheap, clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I was on a budget. It’s a little dated but absolutely nothing wrong with it at all.
