Incubo in caserma

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura nella speranza di vivere qualche giorno di relax in Costiera, ma purtroppo l'esperienza è stata tutt'altro che piacevole.
La struttura ha un aspetto molto spartano, quasi da caserma, e la camera assegnataci era decisamente sotto gli standard:
arredamento datato, bagno privo di porta, livello di pulizia discutibile e insonorizzazione praticamente assente (rumori costanti dalle prime ore del mattino, anche la domenica, sia dallo staff che dagli altri ospiti).
Il problema principale, però, è stato l'approccio del proprietario, che si è mostrato invadente e poco rispettoso della privacy degli ospiti. In più occasioni ha adottato toni scortesi e modi decisamente poco professionali. In un caso mi sono persino sentita urlare contro mentre uscivo dall'hotel, con frasi in dialetto del tutto fuori luogo. A ciò si aggiunge una generale sensazione di insofferenza verso gli ospiti: sembrava quasi che la nostra presenza fosse un fastidio, piuttosto che il motivo per cui una struttura ricettiva dovrebbe esistere.
Premetto che vengo in Costiera Amalfitana da oltre vent'anni e mai mi era capitata una simile scortesia, tanto meno a Minori, che ho sempre trovato accogliente e calorosa. Forse i prezzi ormai alle stelle stanno dando un po' alla testa, facendo perdere di vista il senso dell'ospitalità.
Per quanto pagato, ci si aspetterebbe un minimo di attenzione, cortesia e rispetto - elementi purtroppo del tutto assenti. Nella zona esistono numerose strutture ben più curate e ospitali a parità di prezzo. In definitiva, non consiglio questa struttura.
Un soggiorno può essere semplice o essenziale, ma mai a scapito della dignità e del rispetto verso i clienti.
