Paso a detallar lo que me sucedió: pleno 7 de febrero con casi 40 grados de sensación térmica después de viajar y llegar 17 hs nos encontramos con una habitación bastante básica y con aire acondicionado que no funcionaba, tampoco wifi. Creo que hoy en día llegar a un hotel que te cobrar 110 dolares la noche y no tener wifi ni refrigeración con 40 grados es más que suficiente para puntuarlo como pésimo. Ah nos tuvimos que ir a otro hotel ubicado a 20 metros.

Pros:

O melhor do hotel é a localização e a simpatia/empatia dos funcionários. Fomos muito bem atendidos. Sempre que precisamos de alguma coisa, fomos prontamente atendidos. A localização também é ótima, próximo a restaurantes, farmácias. Enfim, são os dois principais pontos positivos.

Cons:

Café da manhã poderia ser melhor, assim como os cuidados com o banheiro (chuveiro quase não esquentava).

Vaso sanitário estava sujo de uso quando chegamos, a acústica é pessima (madrugada toda o quarto do andar de cima fazendo muito barulho, arrastando móvel e etc…) e espaço para café da manhã muito pequeno e apertado.

The location was great, it was a short taxi to the falls. The staff were very helpful in telling us about our visit to the park and how to easily cross the border to Argentina. The breakfast was great and kept us going for a long day in the park.
