Pros:

Location is nearby to tram, room was clean.

Cons:

Very noisy, room was facing South Terrace, single glazing so not great for sleep, also noise from occupants next door audible. Carpet really needs replacing, seen too much life...

Friendly staff
Pros:

I was given an upgrade to a king room. A larger room than the standard.
Reception was very helpful after I left my phone at home. She gave me codes over the phone. Thankyou.
And early check-in was no problem.

Cons:

Very small bathroom. Lots of traffic noise in morning.
No lift can be an issue if carrying
multiple cases.

For the price this is the best motel / night stay accommodation in SA
Pros:

It was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The TV had chrome cast built in so could watch Netflix and other streaming services. Check In and Check Out was the greatest feature, it was seamless and having the ability to check out at anytime (before the check out time) was amazing.

Disappointing
Pros:

The room itself was spacious, well equipped and clean.

Cons:

The property is listed as non-smoking but our room smelled like like smoke pretty strongly. As this impacted our comfort we tried to get in contact with the motel right away. They only answered after we contacted booking.com and insisted that no smell could be detected.
Overall it was a disappointing experience mainly because of the smell in our room but also because of the way this issue was treated.

Very small room and bathroom. No space for luggage. Long distance from city centre. No lift .
