DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL UNLESS U ARE A FUGITIVE OR A JUNKIE- if you r an even vaguely normal human being book literally
Pros:

The sheets were lovely quality and beautifully laundered- clearly no one had told the maid in charge of linen - don’t bother as this motel is now an unstaffed crack den .. unless the house maid knows and there is some weird scam going on?? My 2 night stay left me with WAAAY more questions than answers

Cons:

Starting with the front door - the lower half has been kicked in and not repaired.
Moving to the internal stairs covered in “that was absolutely NOT a dead body / hmmm 🤔 did you void your bowels in a high traffic public space?” Stain situation - yet can report the lingering smell was screaming dead bodies/voided bowels are a daily sitch here
Made it to the landing where the (at best) *** 3 star rated “concierge desk” ((*sure}} used to be but is now the Laundry Maids / hotdesk /hot backpacker/ qna scrolling mobile response / service is “located”
Signage- (see photo) proclaims UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT as well as EXCITING NEW DEVELOPMENTS COMING
up with - this motel is no longer staffed - well with laminated signs and no dates provided I’m tipping the old management were killed in a takeover - perhaps to do with the sign saying -GUEST BALCONY IS LOCKED AS DEEMED UNSAFE - until further notice- anyway once in the stairwell the place stunk of sewerage and BO, I got into my room to find - paint peeling/scraped in terror??- off the wall/ a completely filthy bathroom- black mould having a festival and breeding from the shower cubicle, dried snot and dried blood backed to the back of the toilet doors- and that was just my first impression! The windows were not locked and opened on to a roof top they would have only made a fugitive happy..

Affordable, and fair for the price.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Room was sound proofed and the ensuite was clean and tidy.

Cons:

The rooms are tired and a bit dusty. The carpets need replacing. Be aware that its upstairs with no lift.
