Well located
No staff present, just a remote check-in and a so-called hotline phone number that never gets answered. One harried housemaid/cleaner who tried her best, but it's not her job,and I'm certain she isn't paid to cover for the inadequacy of the reception side of things.
Reasonably clean, but shabby. Three thin pillows for a queen bed?? No spares in the wardrobe to supplement bedding.
Convenient and reasonable price.
parking is,an issue during the day . After 5pm ,its less of a problem. Somehow I missed that there was no parking on diet when I booked. I guess I expected a motel to have parking.
Great communication. When I requested an early check in- the phone reception was very helpful and obliging- which was much appreciated.
Old rooms, not very clean. Leaves and dust coming through the not well closing balcony door. The main inside wall had large graffiti scrawled across it! Whilst attempts have been made to clean it- it was still quite obvious!
Had everything I needed, and was attached to a reasonably priced bottleshop below. Clean, comfortable, and a great view of the park across the road from an attached balcony where I could sit and read.
I like my shower hot, but some may find the sensitive and very hot temp of the shower taps frustrating.. There are signs, so it's not really a "dislike" more a caution to future guests :) The hot tap gets really hot, really quickly :)
Well located value for money
Nothing good
Dirt place terrible door and wind sealing. Staff talking in the halls at the morning. Terrible place
Price
Clean room
Entrance and hallway dirty and shabby. Slow response when door code failed.
Unstaffed.
I didn’t like any of it I couldn’t get into my room at all so had to book other accommodation so in the end I paid twice
Couldn’t get into my room
The room is large and clean and tidy
No receptionist
I loved the fact you get sent a code for entry and U don't need to wait at a reception the location is fantastic it's also clean quite close to everything love this place we stay here when ever we want to stay in a hotel room
There was nothing I didn't like
Not applicable
No reception
The bed was comfy and large.
Did not look like the photos, The room smelt of cigarettes. The property seems very old/running down down. Had to park on the street - when booking it did say onsite parking when I asked the receptionist on the phone they said “no we have never had parking”.
Location was great as your only down the road from Rundle Mall. They have a washing machine and drier for you to use at a small cost. Your right next door to a pub that do nice cheap meals up until 3am.
If you have a car there is no carpark so be careful where you park. People let there room doors slam shut which in the middle of the night can wake you up.
The room we paid for was really a good choice ...despite being upstairs which was a challenge.
The uncertainty of the coding at the door from the street level..too stressful to 'get this right'..we met another couple who were 'tearing their hair out'..in despair..trying to get access..finally we worked it out.
Close to hospital.
I wasn't aware that there was no parking at the motel and also not aware that the room was upstairs and the stairs were quite steep, no lift.
