The room was clean but a bit smelly
The room was good
had a weird encounter with house keeping she was very rude and had attitude as I only had just woken up and opened the door she said check out was 30 minutes ago which I can't really control when I wake up as I'm on antipsychotics that make me tired and sleep more as I'm on aripripeazole which causes lethargic affects I will not be booking here ever again for that made me very uncomfortable almost forgot my phone because I was rushed
The location was great, at walking distance from North Terrace where museums, state library and botanical gardens are. Rundle mall, supermarket and eateries are on the way.
The room was nothing like what was advertised. Everything in it was very old and J st holding up. The desk and kitchen bench were cracked. The room was so small that here wasn't enough space for bedside tables; actually, the double bed was pushed against the wall and the door was immediately on the other side. There was no safety mechanism on the inside for the door. The walls were damaged.
Didn't know there was any breakfast.
Shower floor was slippery
Steps on stairs were narrow and steep. Hard work with heavy bags.
Nice sized room. Compact but good for 1 person. Warm and looked at/toward park.
Little road noise, but was ok. Bed very firm, not my type of bed, but suits some.
Bed was comfortable.
Bathroom not very clean, loud, check in didn't work and couldn't enter room and no concierge to solve quickly and phone calls not answered for 20 minutes or so. Quite old and things not in good condition or broken, such a blinds, bathroom, carpets, etc.
Stayed numerous times before, so known location to get around and parking just around the street which made it easy
Having to check out as a normal time, but no area to load car with luggage as the lane is used for morning and afternoon traffic and parking there would block traffic heading into city.
Great location , really comfortable bed and I loved that they have a washing machine and dryer
Nothing
