The hotel has a very convenient location, close to metro and tram stops, and it’s easy to reach both the Milano Centrale and the city center. The staff is very polite, and it’s convenient that you can leave your luggage at the reception after check-out.

Cons:

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The walls in the room had stains, and the shower in the bathroom was damaged (missing doors). Overall, it felt like the room was not well-maintained and not thoroughly cleaned after previous guests.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Italy. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and overall everything

The hotel has a good location, and public transportation is conveniently nearby. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The room was clean . Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The only issues we experienced were in the bathroom, where water tended to splash and leak quite a lot during showers, and there was no exhaust fan/ventilation in the room.

Camera molto accogliente,il bagno con doccia e cromoterapia un'ottima bagnoschiuma che ci ha rinfrescate dal caldo torrido di Milano.Molto gentili tutti i ragazzi/e,singori/e che lavorano al Kleos...d'altronde sono due anni che io e mia madre scegliamo questo holte👏👏👏soprattutto per la pulizia

Cons:

Nonostante la posizione sia in zona silenziosa,siamo state disturbate dalle risate delle ns vicine di camere fino alle 2 di notte sopportando il tutto,ma purtroppo esiste ancora tanta maleducazione....e non e colpa dell'hotel

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Lage zu den Öffentlichen Nahverkehr Richtung Stadtmitte und Flughafen auch Optimal.

Cons:

Das Frühstücks Angebot war etwas klein, aber es.war trotz allem gut und lecker.

Het is een prima ontbijt en de mensen die daar werken zijn allemaal heel er vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Een klein 2 persoons bed bedekt met 2x een 1 persoons klein dekbed waardoor ik dus met mijn voeten een heel eind buiten het bed moest liggen.
