Hotel ideal para descansar
Pros:

Un hotel que cuenta con habitaciones limpias, ordenadas y con buenos espacios. Está ubicado a unos cuantos metros del tranvía y a unos 10 minutos a pie de la línea de metro para desplazarse facilmente en transporte público. Cerca de la estación del tren de Milano y el Aeropuerto Linate. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Nos hospedamos en dos oportunidades y nos permitieron dejar en consigna nuestros equipajes debido a que viajamos a diferentes lugares de Italia.

Milan trip
Pros:

Lovely room with comfy bed, handy to get into town using the tram. Staff on reception were helpful.

Cons:

The area felt a little remote at night, but we had no bad experiences.

Posizione comoda, vicino alla metro per linate.
Stanza e bagno pulitissimi e dotati di tutto il necessario.
Staff molto cordiale, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il checkout e reception h24.

Ok overall, but would not stay again.
Pros:

The receptionist were very friendly and helpfull, both of them.

Cons:

The breakfast is very poor value for money. The eggs undercooked, vegetables dryed, not much variety, terrible coffee, bread wad hard. There is no closet in the room. The tv had a cast function but it didn’t work, if that matters to you. Our room was on the first floor, facing the street and it was kind of noisy, had to sleep with the window closed. The bathroom is small overall and the shower entry is very narrow (again, if it matters). The shower gel bottle was empty.

Simply perfect — nothing to complain about. Excellent service, cleanliness, and attention to every detail.
Pros:

Everything was literally perfect. The hotel was extremely clean, and all services were available 24/7. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Even before our arrival, they sent us useful information about transportation and asked if we needed any assistance.

One of my favorite details was their own line of bath products. They smelled amazing, felt high-quality, and were especially great for my hair.

It was raining during our stay, and they even provided umbrellas for guests. We also had an early check-out, and they kindly offered us a place to stay afterwards, access to a bathroom, and free luggage storage. Everything was offered with genuine kindness and without any extra charge.

The attention to detail and the quality of the service really made a difference. An excellent experience from beginning to end.
